Very very poor customer service. I brought my T.V. to Paul's the middle of January to have it serviced. After almost 2 weeks without a T.V. he tells me a certain part was no good. He replaced the part for me($157.00) and 3 weeks later I had the same problem with my T.V. Paul then tells me that it's not the part he replaced, it's the panel in the T.V. itself & it would be more practical if I bought a new set. This time he had the set just under a month......he never offered to give me my money back for the part which was obviously unnecessary, Paul also lost my paperwork with my telephone # as well, so I had to call him to find out about my T.V. Very unprofessional, horrible customer service, there's nobody else around relatively close either unfortunately...........STEER CLEAR OF PAUL PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! read more
