So, they expect you to clean your house before their precious cleaners come to clean. The customer service team try to be really nice when you book with them, but you express your disagreement with the price increase, they ignore you and are unapologetic and you can sense arrogance as well in their tone. I am convinced that their other reviews are paid and fake, as I can't be the only one to be a victim of their misleading pricing policies.
