The car had not arrived by 10:30 in the morning so I called back only to have them say that they had no record of a pick up for the day, and then was told that a truck would be over ASAP to pick up the vehicle. Two hours later, i received a call that the car would not be being picked up because their tow truck was down. Luckily I was not stranded somewhere and it was only the car, and the car was in a place where it was not blocking anything (at my office). I am not sure why a tow truck company is against towing but why be in the business if you are going to not deliver? If you cant do it, that's fine, but don't say you are "leaving now" if you had no intention of doing that. Maybe its because I don't have triple A and they took those customers first, not sure, but they will not be recommended by me to anyone and unfortunately for them I know a lot of people.

One hundred percent praise for Art and Affordable Towing! If it weren't for him, I probably would…read morestill be sitting in the ditch I unfortunately found myself in one night. He was on scene in under an hour and wanted to tow me out right away, but my insurance and road-side assistance was giving me a hard time about who was going to pay for what. After he suggested that it would probably be quicker for me to pay for the tow out of my own pocket, I took his advice and did just that. After several back-and-forth's over the phone, he had my car out of that ditch within ten minutes! Art was respectful and answered any and all of my questions, sometimes even before I had a chance to ask them. While we waited for the red-tape to be cut, we had some amazing conversations about different things that are relatable to most people, which seemed to make the time just fly by. In short (ish), if you ever find yourself in an awkward vehichular situation, be grateful if Art shows up to give you a tow. Thanks again, Art, for being there when I needed help.
