I intend to contact TREC and my goal is to have his relocation specialist title revoked, as well as his real estate license revoked. And when I took possession of the property, the stove was not functioning. this was not disclosed and Jim, only upon repeated requests, did he passively reach out to seller. Most reputable agents I've talked to said they would have replaced the stove as a curtesy. Reputable being the key word. Jim did not do so. Jim was clearly not looking out for my best interest. In fact, during escrow, I began to wonder if he was working for the seller.
