I really thought I wasn't going to make it, and there, out of the middle of nowhere, appears a sign for this pancake house. I hate pancake houses, but I had never, ever, EVER been so happy to see one. I turned on my internal turbo and we made it. The fare is pretty standard - pancakes, some tostis and a few omelets. I can recommend the boerenomelet - enough for two people to share and very satisfying. They have places to fill water bottles, toilets, snacks to-go (bars, etc.), etc.

We are located in the midst of the Veluwezoom, near Dieren. A beautiful area which can only be reached by bicycle of by foot. You can park your car at 'De Lappendeken" and from there walk 1,5 km, before reaching The Carolinahoeve. Trust us, it will be worth your while.
