You could feel the unwelcoming atmosphere as you walk in the place completely empty it was dirty and the smell was no better and looking as if it's time to close down. Terrible service and very rude individuals I wouldn't go here if it was the last place on earth You better of going to super Pawn save your time keep that foot on the gas and drive away completely avoid this terrible business. read more

They claim "we take everything" (later clarified by the clerk that they decide if it has value). They in fact do not. I brought in a watch, silver coins, and 45 sequential silver certificates in outstanding condition. The clerk was willing to work with the watch and coins, but not the silver certificates. He stated they do not hold any value. Funny, considering the notes are still valid US currency. At FACE VALUE they were worth...$45. I recently left a shop manager position for a national pawn chain in order to relocate to the Valley (company wouldn't provide me a transfer). The service provided at this particular outlet was average at best. Had he been my employee, his tenure would've been short lived. I will not return. read more

Terribly ran company. Paid my monthly payments always ahead of time and still was required to pay…read morethe rest of the interest for that month. Then the payoff part is such a joke. They will never tell you over the phone how much the payoff will be, you have to be sent an email and fill out a stupid survey. Then someone calls you a week later. It's almost as if they don't want you to pay it off and all they do is play games. Their website and payoff email survey asks if you want to receive title same day or have it mailed, I selected same day pick up come to find out that the website is posted wrong and they don't do same day release. What a joke right, supposedly it was MY mistake to have "misread" it. Clearly the website says "as soon as the same day". Don't waste your time. Find another place. Save yourself the hassle.

Rather the have classy, stunning, unique pieces is semi precious stones silver settings. Prices were fair for the quality and uniques of the pieces. Rita was extremely helpful and patient. I was there a few hours trying things on and deciding on my purchases. The store owner was very nice and fitted and adjusted the bracklets I selected. The owner had told me if I had any problems at all, to let them know, so rather than taking it to a local jeweler in my town, I called them, sent it back, it was sent to the artist for repair and returned to me today. I am so happy to have it back on my wrist, and was very impressed with the kindness, professionalism and speed with which they handled the repair. It wasn't free but was reasonable considering the extent of damage. Just wanted to give them a shout out...and give credit when it is due. Mahalo from Hawaii!
