The man who did my evaluation was fine, but didn't really seem interested in everything I was expressing concerns about. However, the most challenging thing has been acquiring my personal diagnostic information from them. I've needed this information for other medical providers and services, and it's such a pain. I've signed so many forms of release, and when I asked about acquiring the documentation for myself they just ghosted me. They aren't super friendly either.

I have not noticed that the child is thought of one bit! If they can form a bond with the parent, they chose that parent regardless of what happens and how the child feels. It's absolutely horrible! If you have the opportunity to drive ANYWHERE other than Cornerstone Family Counseling... DEFINITELY Spend the extra time and money. The children are what is important... NOT the parent... and your child will not be the #1 priority in this facility!

Carla failed to inform the insurance company that they would be billing me 5 times for a testing code, so I was only told I would pay $160 out of pocket for the testing. Needless to say, I was pretty upset when I received a bill for $700! The insurance company had a recording of their conversation with Carla and she did not once mention that they would be billing me 5 times for the testing. When I contacted Cornerstone, Carla was very inconsiderate of my emotional distress about the situation. Basically told me there was nothing she could do. She did not accept fault for her mistake and now I am left to pay the $700 out of my pocket. There is nothing worse then going through mental and emotional distress, and having added stress when someone is incompetent and cannot complete their job properly, and then can't even accept responsibility for their mistake. It's unfortunate that I will no longer be using their services and will take my business elsewhere.

She is, by far, the best professional therapist I have had the pleasure of working with in my lifetime. I highly recommend her to any individual seeking help in their own life. If you are curious as to how I found her, I opened the phone book. Then, I selected the doctor with the most letters behind their name. As it turns out, the skills she taught me nearly a decade ago, I still use, regularly, to this day. I use EMDR techniques when I walk my dog. I draw upon biofeedback meditations when I am cold or upset. I use FreezeFrame for difficult decisions. I even think of her guided meditations when doing my daily chores. Thank you, Cheryl. This dental clinic is very much patient centered. Dr B corrected an issue I was literally suffering with from a Dr at Salina. TY to Dr B and all staff. I would highly recommend this clinic. The building is neat and clean and the atmosphere is so welcoming and they are very respectful , the entire staff.

I found a wonderful dentist at Konza in Junction City…read moreand when I went to schedule my follow up visit, I was told that Dr Ballingham works full time in the Manhattan clinic. So I made my follow up appointment for a crown there. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and new the Manhattan Konza clinic is. Everything looks new and modern. I was see by Dr B there and he completed my crown and made me a follow up appointment to have an exam. He is very nice at teaching about the importance of dental care and had some good tips for me, such as wearing a night guard and using a prescription strength toothpaste. I was able to pick that up on the way out in their pharmacy, which makes things easy! Thanks again to Konza for helping me find affordable and quality dental they are truly a hidden gem in this community
