After searching and talking to multiple friends and neighbors, we decided to try Wags 2 Whiskers. I called about two weeks ago to see about an appointment and Nancy spent a good 15-20 minutes on the phone with me, talking about how she grooms, her background, and of course our dog. We took our 14 year old Yorkiepoo today for her first appointment and were extremely pleased. Nancy was very gentle and sweet with Abby and after Abby sniffed around the shop a bit, she let Nancy take her and we left. The care was great, the grooming was great, and the price, even with a tip, was about $20 less than we paid in MD! I can't say enough nice things about our experience! We already booked our next appointment in 6 weeks! Thank you, Nancy, for being so terrific with our girl!

We started going to this vet a few years ago when our previous vet office closed. The care we have…read morereceived at this office is extraordinary. The staff is all caring and understanding from the front counter staff, to the techs to the vets. Our dog does not like being confined or feet touched but the staff was able to cut our dogs nails and look at her torn dewclaw without issue. I could not speak higher of this office. They are able to get you in usually the same day if needed. They have provided exceptional care to our dog since switching to them.

I used the Vet for my dogs for years and recently received substandard care. My dog had an ear…read moreinfection. I was charged a phenomenal amount and was not told prior to presenting me with the bill. When I went back for the checkup, again I was overcharged and was prescribed the same medication that wasn't effective the first time. I had to take my dog to an animal clinic to get the ear infection cleared up, spending a total of over $1300. I have since changed Vets, and was charged less than $100 for a new visit with two vaccines. My advice is, make good choices and ask questions, even if you trusted them in the past.

The second time, the original groomer was no longer there and the owner treated me and my dog terribly. She told me he was too difficult to groom because he is old and can't stand up long enough. We were a burden and told not to come back, she has no time for us anymore. Tried calling again a few weeks later and were told again that she can't take him anymore, even though he's not new. She was incredibly rude on the phone and offered no other alternatives for him. I wouldn't take my animals to a place like this ever again!! I can only imagine how my dog was treated during his appointment!!
