It has taken me a little time to be able to write this review. We recently lost a valuable member…read moreof our family. Duke our rescue of over 13 years ago. We had recently changed our Vet from being out of town, to closer due to all our ages, and wanted to be closer to establish care for our two dogs. After Duke's first Annual Visit, he had his first "Senior Blood Panel" he had high levels of Kidney/Pancreas results. Dr Kramer prescribed digestive dog food, and a supplement of Denamarin for next couple of weeks. Dukie appeared to be fine, with the exception of stool color, texture was loose. x2 weeks later losing weight, and blood test again much higher. Dr. Kramer and her staff, was amazing. Dr. Kramer continued "Process of elimination" of Duke's symptoms and labs. She was always so optimistic! But a momma knows!! right? We together, decided to get an Ultrasound done. Long story short, Duke had Lymphoma, which effected his entire abdomen. The next x2 weeks was Duke's Bucket list as he rapidly declined in health. Dr. Kramer and her Staff taught me how to administer Duke's "Cocktail" (fluids) in case he needed to be hydrated on weekends, let me just come in and check in weight, and given support with my questions. When Duke decided it was his time, I called, and they prepared for his Day. Specialized parking, sign out front, couches, pillows, music, treats and a little more TIME. So beautiful and comforting. Private entrance. A wonderful paw print, and cremation container to bring our Big Boy home. Dr Kramer and her Staff, supported all my decisions, with her professionalism, care & empathy. They sent us a Sympathy card a week later, and also planted a Tree in honor of our Sweet Big boy! It honestly, doesn't get any better than this!! I can't thank them enough, or be more grateful. This is a very serious matter. We spent this past Sunday on the phone with 16 different vets, nobody would see the dog. Found out he had an infection in an ear. He told us what to expect and we are very, very happy with the service.

I've been taking my 10 year old German Shepherd mix, Sophie, here since she was a puppy and have…read morenever had a bad experience. They treat the animals as kindly as they treat their owners. Our past couple visits, she's seen Doctor Osadjan. I love how he always makes an effort to just pet her and make her feel comfortable when he first walks in the room. He always answers any questions I have and never makes me feel rushed. She's been there for a variety of reasons throughout the years and the bill always comes out to be less than expected. Last year she broke a nail a few weeks before her yearly checkup appointment and when I brought her in to get the nail looked at, Doctor Osadjan had noticed she had a checkup scheduled soon and offered to do it during that appointment so I didn't have to come back or pay another office visit bill. She broke a nail again today and when I called, they said they were completely booked for a few days but would see what they could do. When they called back, they said they were able to get her in within the next two hours. I really appreciated that they made the effort to fit her into their schedule on such short notice. Along with how kindly they treat the animals, they always make my life easier when I go there. This past winter I had my 3 month old baby with me when I had to bring Sophie in. The COVID protocols were over but they still offered for me to wait in the car with my baby and said they would come out and get Sophie, bring her into the office and just call me so I didn't have to bring the baby in. I'm really thankful we found this vet, they make having a sick animal a little less stressful!

They were immediately put on the floor where they could sniff out their new surroundings. The two glanced up at me with the look of mild curiosity and had no problem with me leaving. When I returned they were groomed more beautifully than I have ever seen them. The groomer and other help were extremely gentle and loving with such easy energy.
