Paychex touted its ability to quickly and seamlessly onboard a new client by reaching into the client software and grabbing the existing payroll data, map complex construction payroll input to generate job costing detail, and generate uploadable journal entries immediately with very little input from the client. -- All designed to take the payroll burdens off the client. Paychex has proved the opposite, it has not accomplished any of those promises.
