They have a habit of not answering their phones, responding to voicemails, and text messages. Finally, I was able to contact one of their representatives, Rich. Rich promised that he would contact me on Monday morning or Tuesday for a delivery. Rich never contacted me so I called and left another voicemail and text message requesting him or someone to contact me. Still nothing from them. I ended up doing business with another company. If you want to get service from this industry, spare your valuable time and go elsewhere. I do not recommend this place! If there was a no-star option, I would've selected it. The speed limit is 15 mph through the roundabout and the law is that a vehicle yields to anyone in the circle. I was in the circle and your truck did not slow down or yield and sped through the roundabout causing me and others to yield so that we were not hit. The truck was white and truck number is T110. The license plate number is 8KA6V1. I think you would agree that killing a child outside of an elementary school would be pretty bad publicity for your company. Please ask your driver to be respectful and careful so we are all safe. I tried calling your corporate office and your number is not working.
