Charged extra for Saturday, and had a fuel surcharge when the cost of fuel is currently lowest in several years. I called to try and negotiate a reasonable fee and he offered a 10% for cash (who has $465 cash on them?). Otherwise he was firm and insisted the charge was reasonable. If you call this guy, be sure to pin down the totals of what will be charged foe services. He'll take you over the hurdles if he can.

I figured he was trying to decide if he wanted to help me or not but was making a big deal about the pricing and having to drive out and how it was going to be expensive to drive all the way over here(I'm a mile away). But when needing this service I obviously cannot move my car. He kept going back and forth on whether or not he wanted to do it or not, and I was getting very confused so I just told him thank you, and then he started to laugh at me and tell me that he didn't even discuss a price yet. I apologized because I guess maybe there was a miscommunication because I thought he was not willing to do it, but he did not care what I had to say and hung up on me while laughing. Wasn't a huge deal, but pretty obvious to me this is not a nice person at all, and just wanted to overcharge me for a simple service. If you need help with anything to do with this stuff or towing pls pls do not call them they do not deserve peoples hard earned money! Pls do not give them your time not good people !

The closest shop that could attempt repair on a Victory Vegas cycle was Jay Hatfield's in Frontenac, Kansas. After having the bike towed to his shop, his mechanic was not only able to fix the bike without the parts, but stayed after hours to do the repair. Then Jay, himself came to speak with us and told us that he wouldn't charge for the repair. He said, "I could never leave a fellow biker stranded!" Wow! That's service and empathy in a BIG way. Thank you, Jay, and your mechanic (sorry we never got his name). May the universe and God repay your great, generous karma.

When I walk to the service counter I was "greeted" by the person behind the counter. First of all he looked like he was completely bored and ready to fall asleep. Then his "greeting" was the most unenergetic I think I have ever heard. I told him why I was there and the process of getting my oil changed began. Now for the next hour or so I walked around the showroom looking at different bikes. I was very interested in a Yamaha FZ07 which I was looking at very hard. Not once did a salesman come ask me if I needed anything. The staff that was out on the showroom floor basically ignored me the entire time I was there. Like I stated earlier I purchased my Victory from you guys, I wasn't expecting anything special but at the very least the Freakin Saleman that sold me the bike could have said hello! He was not busy, given I was the only "customer" there for pretty much the entire time. I can guarantee I will not return for any type of business with you and I will not recommend you to anyone! ******The only positive thing I can say is while I was waiting one of the mechanics came to the showroom, walked directly over to me and thanked my for my service in the Military (I have a Coast Guard decal on my bike).

Unfortunately, I am here to tell you that you might as well keep looking for a body shop to take your vehicle to. I was recently involved in an accident where the driver had Geico insurance. Following the wreck I went and got a quote from the "insurance adjuster from Geico" located at Sharps Auto Collision Repair, little did I know the "insurance adjuster" was the owner of Sharp's. After thinking on it, I decided to give Sharps the opportunity to get the job done quickly and accurately. Unfortunately, I put a little bit to much trust in the team at Sharp's Auto Collision Repair. They got the job done quickly, but they lacked they accurately part. When they first told me my car was finished I went down and instantly noticed that my car's mud-flaps were put on backwards?! How do you even do that? After that I saw a spot that they didn't even sand, they just painted over it! After looking at the job done by Sharps a little bit closer, I started noticing dirt that had been left on the bumper as they clear coated it! I pointed it all out to the owner and he then proceeded to act as if it was going to be a hassle for them to fix it. As he was saying this to me, I felt as if he wanted me to back down and just say okay it's fine and go on my way. But, to his dismay I did not. Two days later I got a phone call saying it was done. I drove back down to the shop to look it over again. They fixed the mud flaps and they fixed the spot they had missed sanding. But there was still dirt trapped underneath the clear coat!? I once again pointed it out to the owner. Later that same evening I got a call saying it was done, so I then had to drive back down to the shop that evening to pay for it and pick it up and to my surprise, when I opened the door I saw that my seat was absolutely filthy and my freshly detailed carpet interior was covered with mud! I promptly walked back into the store and told the owner, "I'm sorry for being such a hassle, but the interior of my car is filthy! You need to remind your boys you have working that this is unacceptable, and if any of them would like to give me a free interior detail I would be more than happy to take him up on the offer." And you know what he did? He laughed and said "Okay, I'll let them know." Bud, this is not a laughing matter. Standing there thinking to myself, "This establishment is an embarrassment to the auto industry" I decided to pick my battles and not carry on with this loosing one with Sharps Auto Collision Repair. So, if your son, daughter, father, mother, sister, brother, husband, or wife gets into a wreck or fender bender (God forbid) PLEASE take head and do not take the vehicle to this shop! Do yourself a favor and take it to Wichita or Kansas City. It will be well worth the drive!!!
