I use this company all the time to process my payroll for my small business. I have had nothing but good experiences. I have used another company, and I am please to say that Payroll Providers stands out! Here are some things that they do that I like. 1, They send payroll reminders MUCH ahead of time to give you plenty of time to prep. 2,They send detailed reports that include all sorts of good payroll info. 3, They have never missed an automatic payroll. I know that these things may sound basic to some, but I have had bad experiences with other companies that make me appreciate the rock solid procedures that this company follows. Unprofessional and rude! My husbands company uses PP(payroll providers) to process their weekly payroll. The Admin Asst informed my husband that PP sent his paycheck via direct deposit. My husband asked her why would they do that when neither him nor you (employer) authorized that. PP admitted it was a mistake and admitted it was their fault. My husband then asked when will he get his paycheck; PP told them that since the account has a negative balance they are unable to do a reversal and that there is nothing they can do about that and that "his money problems are not their problem". The receptionist told them, "It is your problem. You are the one that made the mistake." They then told him he can come get a check but he has to pay us back. Can you you believe that?!!! He literally has to pay to get his paycheck?! I have processed payroll every week for the past 5 years and never experienced ADP telling me, "Ya, sorry we messed up but you guys have to deal with it." Beware of this place. read more

BE CAREFUL, these people are the very worst when it comes to payroll services. 1.) they simply do not care if they get your business or not 2.) they are completely 100% incompetent at what they are "supposed" to know how to do. 3.) Angela Chavez is horrendously bad at the job. The company lies. The company does not follow through with ANYTHING they say they will do. They SAY they provide service to a law firm called Jeff Hacker "Hacker Law Group" and yet they do not file the appropriate paperwork in regards to ANYTHING no matter how large or how small the order. GET THIS: they WILL refuse you service regardless of the issue. Hacker Law Group owes us $5,000.00 and the paperwork in regards to the payments being made, are handled BY Angela Chavez who works for Payroll Providers. It has been OVER A YEAR and no one has achieved any professional service on our behalf. Was getting paper checks for a couple of months because I did not want direct deposit anymore. Then out of the blue on one of my paydays they decided to direct deposit my paycheck into an old bank acct that I did not use anymore nor have access too, nor did I even request or sign a change form authorizing them to direct deposit my paycheck into that acct. They said "sorry we can't reverse the deposit and that my $ problems are not theirs". They decided to give me a paper check for their mistake but then deducted $ from my paycheck every week until I paid them off for them issuing me a paper check to correct the mistake they made. It was my paycheck that I already worked for. Yet I had to pay for their mistake. If you ask these people to do any work they are rude and talk to you as if you are such an inconvenience to them. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO YOUR COMPANY PAYROLL. They will treat your employees like garbage and if you have any respect for the employees that work for you, then hire any other payroll company to do your payroll. Absolutely the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Their receptionist is nasty to speak to and says that no one can take my call. My company has tried to email and call and has had no response. The woman I spoke with lied and said my company's bookkeeper had not returned their call which was untrue. Legally, they must release my W2, but at this time, have given nothing but excuses. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. People who own this company should really look into how their employees treat their clients and in our case, former clients. You know the saying, "you catch more bees with honey"? You better bring a beekeeper when dealing with this company because they STING! Hate giving them any star at all! read more

The staff is all very professional and a pleasure to speak with, from the receptionist to the specialist. Their services are great always in detail and timely.
