Everyone here is always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive; you can really feel how much they care about their clients. I especially want to highlight Denise, who is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to ingrown nail care. Her expertise and attention to detail make such a difference, and I always feel safe and well taken care of. Disappointing customer service!! Here I thought I found a new permanent nail salon, however, that is not the case now! as soon as I walked in i was greeting perfectly fine was told to wait a moment.. totally fine! brought to the chair and greeted with a forced smile by the rudest woman with glasses.. have had rude experience with her in the past, being very snippy! (.i tipped accordingly to her attitude, so she may remember me idgaf!) anyway she asked me a few question and then randomly started yelling at the poor girl in her native tounge clearly talking shit. after several awkward moments later i was told they don't have time for me. why even seat me?!? i just had to get up and walk away. truly is a shame because ara does beautiful work. good bye nailology there are plenty salons with less entitled nail techs. read more

kalen is my go to nail tech and she always does an AMAZING job. She's receptive to any changes or fixes you request and makes sure you leave the salon loving your nails. She's extremely kind and a super hard worker! Perfect shape and design every time. 10/10 recommend! Krystal is also a wonderful tech which I've had great experiences with! I sent a text to schedule the appointment and was able to get the time I wanted and confirmation of pricing, so no surprises at the end. I had an intricate design that I wanted so I sent them the inspo pic ahead of time, this helped a lot. Ara did my GelX set and she did a PHENOMENAL job! She copied the design I wanted immaculately and even adjusted it to fit on the shorter length to keep my natural nails. Service: Gel X $90 I've been coming to this salon since March and I've always left satisfied. My nails have always came out flawless and retention 10/10. My most recent appointment was Saturday July 6 and I was serviced by a nail tech I hadn't been serviced before but I figured their work would have been up to par, since in the past I had different nail techs service me and their work was beautiful. I realized during my appointment he would apply the gel x nail with glue and rip them off right away, I was confused and it felt uncomfortable :(. Once he finished I noticed immediately my nails looked as if they were out grown already and my middle finger nail was crooked. I didn't speak up which was my mistake. Lol I still tipped on top of that. I've had these nails for a week and they look like I've had them for almost 3 weeks. I don't see myself coming back :(. read more

I made an appointment with Kalen and arrived on time, polite, and respectful. Unfortunately, the experience was the opposite of what I hoped for. The technicians were loud, rude, and made mean comments about customers -- including me -- for no reason. I asked for a French coffin fill on my existing acrylics and mentioned it multiple times. I had two broken nails, which I expected to pay for, but Kalen cut one off, saying it needed to be replaced, and assured me she wouldn't charge for it. After filing for a bit, she left to work on another client, leaving me waiting 15-20 minutes. The whole time, they joked about my nails being "too long." The worst part -- she filed so aggressively that she cut into my skin multiple times, leaving three fingers sore and bleeding. I told her it hurts, but she kept going and never apologized. When it came time to pay, I was told $72 without a breakdown. The posted fill price is $45 plus $3 per nail fix, and I didn't gel color just the powder. Kalen raised her voice and claimed it was a "full set" because she filed off the old powder -- which is exactly what a fill is. She added $7 for "extra length," even though I've never been charged extra for this length. When I asked what considered not extra length they showed me the receptionist nails which was extremely short, she said anything longer we charged an extra $7, that's definitely a lie because they charged almost everyone $7. My nails were already coffin shaped, but she's charging me for my shape as well? I didn't change my nail shape when another tech there, Ben did my nails 2 weeks ago. Even with her numbers, the math didn't add up. The receptionist charged me $67 and admitted she didn't know why Kalen was being so rude. I've been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for years, I know pricing very well and don't mind paying for what I did get but I'm not when you're trying to take advantage of customers. I left feeling overcharged, disrespected, and with sore, bleeding fingers. read more

I've been to Nailology a few times and have gotten a removal done before, but this removal by Milly(?) was rushed and left me with uneven nails with sharp edges. I needed to get gel polish removed and my nails to be shortened. But she cut them down into the skin underneath my nails which hurt and I told her so, but she continued to try and cut and pull the nail off the skin which hurt more. Then, after acetone and foil, she filed my nails & exposed skin (which I said hurt again, to which I received no comment or apology). Even with the file and drill, the edge of my nails were still jagged and sharp. I'm really sad for my nails because I generally take good care of my natural nails, but now I have to deal with the exposed sensitive skin until my nails grow out. read more

I went to PB nailology about a week ago for the first time. I loved my nails right after getting them done they were so cute. I had work out of town the next week so I wanted them to look nice as I went to talk to my colleagues. My service was wonderful and the location was clean and comfortable, but two of my nails broke not even a week after getting them done. I have gotten builder gel nails for the past year and I have never had a nail break any earlier than 3 weeks after they were done or filled in. One of the nails that broke was one that my technician redid and the other was one that was filled in. When they broke I was doing nothing out of the ordinary, just my usual day-to-day typing and cleaning, and there was no unusual force put on to the nails.
