Worse, the liars demand that you must MAIL the notice to them, with return receipt, or they can continue your contract. A phone call is not enough. A dated or time-stamped email is not enough. This means you have to mail them a written request to cancel and track it to get out from under their thumb. Submit early documentation that you DO NOT intend to renew because otherwise they will take advantage of clauses in their contract to trap you against your will. Their contract explicitly states they take no liability for any faults of their equipment or its failure, including should their equipment be at fault for your harm.
