I was asked to pay in advance to have the device evaluated. I did, and they proceeded to tell me ONE WEEK later that it could not be repaired and had to be substituted. It took almost a month to get a replacement. They did not answer emails or phone calls. I had to physically walk there every single time I wanted to know what was going on. Would not recommend and filed a complaint with Apple.
