Getting tested for Covid is no fun, but I am grateful for PCG Molecular. I've been here twice now and both experiences were as good as it gets. You can make an appointment online, but they also accept walk-ins. I've done both. The people here are nice and get you in and out in under an hour. Amazing compared to other sites I've been to as well as ones I've heard about from friends. PCG is located inside The Collections at the old Earth Fare building. Plenty of parking and seating. Space is clean, too. Check-in is a breeze. They take your information then send you a text with a link to a form to fill out while you wait. They offer the nasal swab and saliva PCR tests as well as vaccines. Results are emailed to you within 24 hours. Both times my tests came back negative. read more

Quick in/out. Ran like a well oiled machine. The employees were great and rather chipper and pleasant for working in a place where it's all Covid, all the time. I was expecting more like a TSA type demeanor. I actually felt like they were happy to see me...which is funny because this is a place you don't want to have to go. WORST LAB EVER. My daughter waited on line for hours, and was given an number and told to come back. She came back at the time she was told, and was told "oh we're done for the day no more testing come back tomorrow." She comes back a half hour before they open and waited on line for FIVE HOURS. they finally get to her and she is told 24 hours for test results. a week later no test results, they don't answer the phone, they won't return calls. This is just a scam for them to make money being reimbursed by the government for tests avoid it like the plague read more

I was tested Friday. I was told I would have the results in 24 hours. No deal. I actually got a human on the phone on Monday morning who said they did not know when the results would be ready. Yesterday I emailed and got an automated email response immediately stating that there was trouble with nee equipment and they were doing all they could. I called and was told the results would be sent by 4:00. No deal. Today all calls went right to voice mail. Finally someone answered and said the results would be out by 6:00pm. You guessed it. No deal. Meanwhile, I have now missed four days of work waiting for these results. In the meantime, on a whim, I reached out to Windermere Medical Center at 5:30 this evening and they got me right in. And for a a rapid test! Overall, it has been an extremely disappointing experience. Never again. read more

The first time I went to get Covid tested it was amazing - there was no line and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Today was an entirely different story. I came in for an antibody and COVID test. A long line of cars wound around the parking lot, all waiting to get tested. I tried the door to the suite first and found it locked, so I joined the rest of the waiting cars at the end of the line and waited for 3+ hours before somebody came to my window to ask my information...... THREE HOURS. It was only after I got all the way up to the front of the line that they told me they weren't able to verify my insurance and to pay $150 out of pocket for my test (and I've gotten tested under my insurance plenty of times and know from reading the policy's fine print that I am indeed qualified for COVID test coverage). I then asked about the antibody test (that I had previously called them to confirm about). WELL it turned out that they didn't have any antibody tests available at all... they also told me I should have just gone inside instead of waiting in line, so I also had to be the one to inform them that their door was LOCKED. In short, I wasted my entire day, missed a job interview, and used up my entire car battery just to walk out without getting either of my tests. Come on guys, get it together. Send someone to the back of the line to get their insurance and info rather than waiting till they get all the way up front only to reject their insurance and send them away. Awful experience and will never come back. read more

Front desk weren't nice, both ladies. No hand sanitizer provided at any office, didn't feel safe. Didn't get any explanation about how I was gonna get the results, they were rushing to walk you out. read more

I got my test on Thursday the 10th (scheduling from Tuesday the 8th - Thursday was the first available). The website says the rapid test is available. When I got there, I was told they were only doing drive thru. So I did that and they said 24 hours, "the rapid test isn't as accurate". I have events this weekend dependent on my test results. It's after 7 and no results. When I called, their system says check my email. I could live with the delay, but they misled me on two accounts. Oh well. Living in a pandemic. UPDATE --------- I have called twice and left messages, and emailed twice. Finally reached someone today in person (1 week after my test) and said I didn't have my results. They were in last Friday and sent to the wrong email. So I now have my results and they were not as late as we thought, just an administrative issue. Hopefully that is due to the extreme volume. Was told the results of my covid test would be emailed in 24 - 48 hours. I have not received anything from them as of 4 days later. Have tried to reach out to them by phone and e-mail for two days and can not get a response. All you get is voice mail on the phone and nothing from from an e-mail. I do not think I could recommend this facility for a "rapid test results". I should have noticed they only had a 2 of 5 star rating. My fault. FOLLOW UP: After reaching the owner....he responded quickly by email from his IPAD, they responded quickly and ask me to come in to be retested with a better test. Received results in one hour. Was treated with respect and was in and out in 10 minutes. Up dating my review. read more

I made an appointment ahead of time for the 24 hour test, when I got there she informed me that they were now gonna be only doing 48 hour turnarounds. Not super friendly would not recommend. read more

They ruined our Christmas. Got my son tested for Covid two days before Christmas due to possible exposure. The next day they sent email with a "positive" result. However, the day after that they sent an email showing result for same sample/test as "negative". Sent them three emails, tried calling four times but phone goes into voicemail after making you hold for 15 min. Even left a voicemail but no one called back. Went to another testing facility who tested again and they provided a negative result. I still have not heard back from PCG. Even if it was an unintentional clerical error someone should have called us. The state should take away their license for such negligence/ behavior and for having no accountability. Providing false results for Covid can result in people losing their lives. We went through a lot of the stress because of them. read more

I hope you don't ever get a bill from them. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone to answer any questions about a bogus bill. The bill doesn't list a website or phone number or anywhere you can talk to someone about your bill. I would say terrible customer service, but there is no customer service. We have left over 5 messages and have never been called back. Oh, did I mention that the bill was from over a year ago.... read more

If you care at all about contact tracing and protecting others from COVID this is NOT the place to get tested. A medical worker (!) received an email several hours after being tested with a "null" result and a "negative" interpretation. Upon closer evaluation, cars-cov-2 showed "detected." Calls to explain the conflicting evidence were not returned. 24-hours later spoke to the pathologist who signed off on the faulty report and all they did was change the record to read "positive." No apology, no accountability. They should be investigated by the CDC. Literally hundreds could have been exposed. read more

Very quick drive through COVID test. Signed up online for the "rapid" test. There was no difference between the 45 minute result and the 24 hour result discussed while actually there. Thought we were getting the same test we signed up for. Turns out we got the 24 hour test. After 24 hours had passed with zero communication from PCG, I started calling and emailing. Still no response until a day and a half after the test which said to wait 48 hours after the test to call them. I waited until the 48 hour mark and called and emailed again. Still no response. For Finally I went over to the clinic in person and requested the results. With a few key strokes, she reached behind her to the printer, grabbed the results and handed them to me. The document showed the results were known for over 24 hours already! I understand the pandemic is placing a lot of work on these people,but this place need to COMMUNICATE! read more
