I have NOT received the remaining $500 of the $1000 I won during a drawing PCS Tax Service held February 17, 2026. I spoke with numerous people over nearly two months yet NO ONE is returning my calls or texts. Absolutely ZERO communication about the disbursement of the winnings from a drawing I won after a disastrous TAX prep experience. I was a new customer and PCS has treated me abominably. Particularly by the owner Cyrus who berated me for the negative review I posted. What does that have to do with the giveaway? I was sent $500 out of the $1000 I won. Now, I'm sure I won't get the rest because of this review. There were promises made that were not kept. And now PCS Tax Service is withholding 500 dollars. Why? Great service. Really took their time and listened to what I needed. They stayed open late and took their time helping me.

I wouldn't recommend going to them since they charged me over 1K for fees when I'm not self employed and didn't file my state tax return. I've tried reaching out to them through e-mail and texting them about it but they ignored my messages. I couldn't talk over the phone since I was recovering from being sick and I didn't have a voice to talk. I wouldn't recommend going to them for filing taxes plus, when I seen how much I was getting back on the IRS.gov page I got way less than what I seen. &To top it off they didn't put my direct deposit routing number and account number on my tax papers. I recently filed my taxes for last year taxes at PCS Tax Service and honestly cannot bee me pleased with how the whole process started and finished.... As soon as i Walked in i was immediatly greeted with a smile and a hand shake from my new favorite tax associate Alex. The forms took a little while to fill out but other than that the process was smoother than any other year that I have filed. Also they were priced very competitive... The best thing that I loved to is they were very thorough in asking the right questions and getting me the maximum return. I am getting back double what I did last year. I filed my Taxes with PCS tax Services in 2016 and 2017. I am not being audited for over $4,000.00 in a refund that I never received for 2017 and I was audited for 2016.
