She asked me for my driver's license even though I had my receipt, guess what I purchased was 4 days past the 30 day return mark. We'll she never handed it back to me. Didn't realize till that Sat. Went back to the store and asked for the manager and they couldn't seem to locate it, although supposedly they watched cameras and said it was put into the register and than into the safe bit now its gone. Although I repeadly called every day took over two weeks and the general manager says oh well we can't find it it was probably thrown in the trash. Will never go to this location again! Store Smells, Very Unorganized and they could care less if you lost a wallet, car keys or anything at that will lie and use some excuse. The girl and manager should get fired, for Stealing, you know I left it cause you remembered me but can't find it. - zero stars!

Not impressed, placed an order, a week letter I get a text message stating the shorts I ordered…read morewere out of stock. And they sent me pictures of another pair asking if they would work via text. How disappointing. I asked twice in the texts if it was normal for it to take this long for orders to be fulfilled, nothing, only at their convenience did they answer. I will not be ordering from here again.... I should have my order by now and there are so many other boutiques out there with better service. Now it's been almost three weeks, my order never shipped..... cannot believe it, I've followed front porch for quite some time, finally ordered and this was my experience. They stated it's not a normal experience, and used the excuse of their staff getting sick. Not once did they try to make it right.

They showed me the inside and showed me it was a burned up coil as if they replaced it with an employees coil because I didn't hit the button enough for it to even light up. I went and bought a puffco from mad hatters in st Robert and it worked immediately. So two days after buying it I had my receipt and she wasn't going to give me my money back, she actually told me I needed to buy another coil even though there is no way that I burned the coil because I didn't even get a head off of it. so she only didn't give me my refund for a broken item but she wanted me to buy another item instead. And when I said absolutely not that's ridiculous. I said I don't want the vape. I just hand it back to her, she said you know you're a bitch, right? I have it on video and she called me a bitch about 18 times and her and her boyfriend thought that they could hang up on me and yell at me in the parking lot and then even when I'm in my truck trying to leave they're still yelling at me. I try to go to the dispensary next-door. She tells me they own the parking lot and if I don't leave, then they're going to call the cops. I have this all on video. I did not call her. I did not call any names. They also sat on video that the other dispensaries besides Trinity are selling marijuana with fentanyl in it. So not only did she say I couldn't go to Trinity, but then I was forced to go to supposedly dispensaries that have fentanyl in their products. What kind of manager says those kind of, baseless things about fentanyl being in products about business. Not a good one. I have contacted BBB and I am waiting for my refund and an apology. I don't know if it's because I am former military/veteran or what her problem was with me, but she called me a bitch right off the bat.
