Very dishonest dealership, and could have cost me a lot of money if I wasnt careful. I was interested in purchasing a used truck from these guys. I was at first told the truck would need a sensor to fix a check engine light. Then I was told it would need $5000 to fix the check engine light. Then I was told that it had some more issues and needed about $13,000 in work. I asked to see the inspection finally because the number just kept going up. To my surprise, the inspection had the repairs quoted at $18,000, with another page of recommended repairs that were not quoted out. Upon talking with the sales manager, he tried to tell me the price was inflated because the mechanic had quoted out the emissions system and the fuel system together, when they were actually one part. This is not true, and I know this because I work on those trucks. After some back and forth, we agreed on an as is price. The sales manager agreed to the price over the phone, the salesman agreed to the price over text, the finance manager agreed to the price over text, and I mentioned the price and down payment to the finance lady before they went ahead with the loan. To my surprise, the finance manager came back to me with an interest rate that was double what I was approved for elsewhere. Also to my surprise, he had sent my credit application to multiple banks and forgot to mention my down payment. He insisted that it was the best price, and told me the other bank he tried with declined me. I know from the information my bank gave me beforehand, that this was all a lie. After pressing for the letter of approval from him, he would ignore me and refuse to send it. The next day he called and said one of the banks that "declined" me, had now approved me for a better interest rate with nothing more than his phone call. He said he would send over the paperwork by email for the agreed upon price, and to sign online. Good thing I checked over the paperwork, because it was $4000 more than the price we had made the deal on. After all of this, I spoke with the sales manager again who claimed nobody was aware of the price we agreed upon, and he informed me that he would not be holding up his end of our deal. Bottom line: They tried to lie to me about the condition of the vehicle. They tried to lie to me about my financing. And they tried to lie to me about my price. read more

We bought a 2017 Ford Expedition last January the ad showed low mileage and navigation only to find out on delivery that it didn't. We agreed to a settlement of credit on our go auto card and Adam promised over the course of the last year to deposit it but only to find out that only a 1/3 of what was agreed upon has been done! Good group of salesman but absolute horrible technicians that charged me $1300 for a repair that didn't even solve my issue, any part that they price out to you is 10x more then the actual value of that part and it's a joke, wouldn't even take my truck there for an oil change, over $160 an hour to those technicians who can even change a tire, give reasonable repair prices and maybe the reviews wouldn't be garbage, haven't heard a good thing about the service in years read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. Had my truck in there for a 4x4 problem, it was warranty. It had over 13 active codes in the system and a check 4x4 light kept coming and going. Needless to say they never fixed my issue whatsoever, never addressed the 13+ active codes that were set and charged me $250 to grease a plug. They were more concerned about reprogramming my pcm because there was a recall. Needless to say I took it to another dealership and they replaced my transfer case actuator and the problem is fixed. The dealership that fixed my truck reccomend I contact fca directly and complain about the service. I would not take a wheelbarrow to peace river chrysler!!
