So I rented a skid steer with smooth bucket, and harley rake. They did not recommend that I haul…read morethe equipment in my dump trailer, so they offered to deliver the equipment to the site..less than a mile away..for an addition $50 or so. Surprisingly the deposit fee was not part of the $820 rental fee, but no big deal; what's $1,409.02 when you're getting $600 back and you did not account for the extra cost. So an hour later the equipment shows up on site..We're just a little behind schedule. The Harley rake was used less than an hour, and a hydraulic line busted...can not confirm, but was advised it was due to barbwire caught in roller. The machine cut off and would not start back..found out the fuel gauge was broken and 1/4 is empty. They forgot to pick up the equipment, so I waited around for several hours and could not get anyone on the phone. Equipment sat in my customer's yard for 5 days. Today is almost 1 month since the equipment rental date, and they just returned $150 of the $600 deposit. $600 Deposit -$325 Smooth Bucket Corners Repaired -$75 cleaning fee for barbwire -$0 Skidsteer had a recall that caused arms to hit cab and not raise all the way. Total cost to rent skidsteer for the day $1,270 They were polite.

They canceled thrice and I was afraid my car was going to be hit by a vehicle trying to pull out in front of me. It just kept getting closer at the time. I ended up interrupting my friend at work who showed up about two hours later. He had a pickup about a little smaller and barely a tower and got me out and parked me near the fire hydrant on the curb. I told the guy when he was there he could park it anywhere close to the curb so it would not get struck hopefully. Now what I don't get is why is the towing guy claiming he helped me when he spoke to me from afar and then abandoned me? Then he said my car was in the pileup? I don't think he's understanding that he's not getting the facts straight about the interaction. I didn't expect him to retaliate with a text this morning. He said: STOP LYING ON PEOPLE, IT REALLY REALLY HURTS SMALL BUSINESSES What are you talking about? I very clearly tried to help you and got stuck myself, I went back to help another customer in the area the very next day and seen your vehicle at the very bottom of a 8 car pile up so how'd your friend pull you out of that???? If we show up and see that the job isn't safe to do we mark it as unsuccessful after that it's out of our hands. I have 6 children to make it back home to safely. In my experience, you can end up paying a lot without having the problem fully resolved. One time while I was waiting for my car, I overheard the owner tell his wife to charge a customer more after they had gotten into an argument. Here's what transpired: I had $1,800 worth of work done on my vehicle, and when I picked it up, I noticed a whistling noise that wasn't there before. When I inquired with the front desk lady--who had an attitude from the start--she quickly became defensive. They later found that the new power steering pump they installed was defective, but instead of an apology, all I received was a statement that they would need to warranty and replace it. Today, when I returned to pick up my vehicle, I noticed a rattling noise that both mechanics attributed to fluid on the belt, which was caused by their work. When I mentioned this to the same front desk lady, she insisted the noise had always been present, completely unaware that the mechanics had already explained the situation to me--one even mentioned he knew it would be an issue. Since it wasn't my fault, I suggested I would buy the belt myself and asked if they could install it for free since they caused the fluid issue. Unsurprisingly, her rude response was that they wouldn't do anything for free, and she hurried off to find someone to address my concerns. When she returned, she stated that they would install the belt for free but would no longer work on my truck. At that moment, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I don't even need them to replace the belt for free; their attitude and lack of customer service were unacceptable. It's important to note that I had previously had them replace a valve cover on my Nissan and was completely satisfied. Today, before this issue had occurred, I inquired about repairs for my Ford Expedition. This place will never get my business again, and she really needs to work on her attitude--understanding that repeat customers and positive word-of-mouth are vital for success.

They told me my front bumper needed a replacement. They gave me an estimate, and had told my insurance estimator/inspector to send a check to them directly. They did not give me the detailed invoice for the "new" bumper. And they rushed to start work on my car. I became suspicious at this point and asked for an invoice at which point they started being very rude on the phone. Their response to my request on sending me an invoice was "you think you know how to repair the car, then come and take your car!" Was very surprised and puzzled with their response in return for asking an invoice. This is when I sensed something was totally off and I decide to stop by directly to take my car back from the shop. When I dropped there to my surprise I saw my car was already in works and what was more shocking was that they were trying to take my 'original' front bumper off and scratch/repaint the same and sell it to me as new bumper!! Check out the pics. I decide to not get in a heated argument since I now know these guys were fraud and just asked them to put the front bumper back on and give it back to me. They are shocked to see me there and since I caught them red-handed they offer to do the "repair" for me "free" and they tell me not to worry about the deductible payment - "we will take care" they say! I was furious and very seriously asked them to put my car back together and leave the place with my car. I went to another place with my car who were super good and made it super easy for me. I was very happy with this second place. But overall the whole process caused so much stress and frustration, and that is not something you want to go through when you are already dealing with your Carnot in good condition, dealing daily stuff without your car, dealing with your insurance, working on payment numbers, etc. Oh and btw they seem to work these things out with the insurance inspector, so just be aware. I also felt my insurance inspector(Frank from Progressive) collaborated with agreeing to issuing the check to them and not informing me. I had to reach out to Progressive executives to file a complaint and get the payment reversed. The whole process was very disappointing and was very off putting at the time. If you want your car in good hands and avoid the mental drama just do NOT go here. I feel bad for people who may have gone here and not know what tricks they exactly pulled on them and these guys got away. Anyway at least if this helps you, I'm glad taking time writing this.
