I booked the appointment with Angela after talking to her. This was to be a surprise for my hubby for his 50th birthday!! She made sure to direct me for perfect "model" poses. One of the poses was in a mirror and I had to ask if it was a funny mirror like they put in fitting rooms to make you look thin. She laughed and said nope, it's a regular mirror. I absolutely loved my session and the images! I finally saw myself as others do! I'm sexy and strong and beautiful. Angela helped me see that about myself! My husband was so surprised and loved every single picture!! So of course we ended up with a telephone book sized album! Lol I would encourage anyone who's on the fence to look at her website and he fabulous use of lighting! Just do it! You won't ever be sorry!

"Candid photos", as if a photographer stalking you from six feet away with a huge telephoto lens while you attempt to get work done results in a more "natural" photograph of you. That being said, Megan is the kind of photographer you want if you have to put up with that sort of thing. She's friendly, down-to-earth, cheery and affable, and has a way of putting you at ease and getting you to relax. I'm sure she would be great with those of you who actually want your photograph taken, as well. Amanda did our engagement and wedding pictures! She was incredibly punctual and professional. She…read morelistened to both my husband and I's ideas for pictures but also offered up great ideas. For the engagement pictures we went down to a park along the scioto river, we brought our new at the time puppy to be party of the photo shoot :) ! Amanda was so patient with him and got some great shots of him! The wedding day came and so did Amanda with two assistant photographers. Amanda did a wonderful job catching all the moments that I said were important to me as well as 900 extra moments! Each photographer took around 1000 pictures, so between the three of them, there was not a special moment missed! It was really important to me to have all types of pictures, the formal ones, the ceremony moments, artsy pictures, editorial pictures and journalistic. And I was extremely pleased with all the pictures!!! My wedding guests complemented Amanda and her assistants many times to me. They were amazed at her ability to blend in and be part of the crowd Amanda got us proofs of the edited pictures super quickly when we needed them in time for our second reception in another state!!!! I will be using Amanda for all future photography needs and I highly recomend her!!!

She was professional, adorable, so optimistic, timely, and so easy to work with throughout the entire process! Her photos are extremely unique (they look like they're straight out of a wedding magazine) and we have received many many comments about how wonderful her shots were. She was heavily involved in the wedding planning process beyond just photography including timelines, advice, and encouragement (which I think is the most important in the wedding planning process). Her standards for herself and for everyone around her are well above every other photographer we encountered and it shows in her work. On the wedding day, she was engaged, organized, and led our entire team of vendors including our wedding coordinator throughout the day's events even though we did not expect her to do so. She even edited some of our portraits form the wedding day and had them displayed during the reception!!! People were OBSESSED!
