Seven (7) workers appeared at 7:30 am and in one day they had removed 70% of the old roof; took 30 drone video shots to show me the detailed progress; and immediately followed up behind the tear off crew; to install 100 squares of GAF HDZ beautiful 3D slate colored roofing shingles. 6 dumpsters of waste were removed from the site; and at job completion after 4 days; the crew marched around and around the property with magnets looking for any roofing nails on the grounds.
