My experience was terrible! I put faith into this place based off the good reviews! NEVER AGAIN! They refused to accommodate my child whom has a disability by allowing me as his mother to be present during treatment! They refused to treat my child and now he is left with work that needs doing that we have to seek else where! 3 employees were very rude and made false statements in regards to a policy being a place that a parent can not accompany a minor during the visit! Mind you my minor again has a disability! They refused accommodation, treatment & refused to allow me to see this "so called policy". Employees refused to put me in touch with their actual management causing me to have to obtain management information from their sister company at another location! Down right pitiful! read more

Dr. Doucet and his amazing staff were incredible. Their kindness and professionalism are top notch! I cannot thank them enough. This was the best dental care I have ever experienced! Great place for a cleaning, and they were able to work me in to see a dentist when I chipped a tooth.

Horrible!!! Unhelpful!!!! I have been to them with the same filling issue on multiple occasions. The first time my tooth turned black, they said they could fix it though it was not necessary. A few months later, it just falls out! I go back to have it fixed, granted they got me in quickly, and later that day am in excruciating pain. I understand not wanting to give prescriptions for pain meds to anyone, but they refused to believe they were at fault and caused pain. One person said there should be no pain, another said mild soreness. Keep in mind i have had this filling done before and know the pain that should be associated with it. I had to call six times just to convince them i was not kidding. I am a T1 diabetic, those of us out there know that pain causes your blood sugar to be far too high. I mentioned this over and over and even provided a blood sugar reading for them (321!!!!!!). The only way i could even get anything at all called in by them was to let them know they would be liable when i went into the hospital for my blood sugars staying too high too long. They then called my medications in to a pharmacy 3 states over, so i had to call them back to correct this issue, and at this point they were extremely rude and short with me. Overall worse experience i have ever had to go through with any business and i had to do all this while in pain from the front of jaw to the back. read more

Called their "emergency number" and waited over 20 minutes for someone to call me back. Only to have them tell me they won't do anything.

I love love this place, it's beautiful and the whole staff is fantastic! The helped me find a way to pay for my treatment and did it all in one day! read more
