We had our biweekly cleaning done after the new year. They sent three people over. We purchased a new professional home steamer to be used for our floors, and the owner confirmed they would know how to use it. I even had it set up, just had to add water with the amount they planned to use it. They didn't use it I found out, one guy kept doing things tough we asked him not to do it, floors were not vacuumed, the guy used a stick and a cloth to mop versus using the steamer or using a mop (which they had used in their deep clean). They didn't use the polish, they didn't dust the furniture in the rooms. Communication was a huge issue. Instead of asking us, they would assume and call the owner, and the owner wasn't here. So, after showing pictures of the bad work performed, their first visit was great, the owner offered a refund. I asked if they could just re-touch, but she refused. I even offered just 50%, but she insisted a full refund. The check wasn't mailed until a week a half later, though she kept saying she mailed it about 5 days after our cleaning date (the date stamped on the envelope showed it was mailed the following Wednesday). Then we expected them to come back since we were on a biweekly service agreement, and the day before I called the owner to confirm, and she said it was "best we find another service because the crew who did our biweekly cleaning was the assigned crew for this area." So, instead of just saying I spoke to my employees about the service, so and so will talk with you or your wife and make sure we do a better job, and so on, she basically refused to do service, and it made me wonder if how an owner could care this less about her business, when she seemed to care so much when she came over during her estimate and pitch that she has her team trained like they were cleaning her own home. The first two ladys did a great job, but the 3 person crew just didn't come close to the service that was sold to us or the same level of cleaning of the first visit. We ended back going to MaidPro and the owner personally came out during the visit to make sure the crew was performing the level of service expected, and even made comments to the crew of areas to redo while he was here. This is what I felt an owner should do. I think PeachyClean would be a great company for one time/ deep cleaning service, but maybe not biweekly if this is what happens when you find the floors not swept, furniture not wiped down, no vacuum used, no steamer or mop. And the moment you mention areas that were missed, the owner's response is basically to go find someone else. Peachy Clean also offers a discount for reviews on Yelp, just FYI. read more

The Peachy Clean crew cleaned not only 1, but 2 residential areas for me. I was currently moving out of an apartment into my family's home. The 3 bedroom house needed a severe deep cleaning. Peachy Clean booked within 2 days and showed up with a whole crew to complete the job. Since I was moving things back and forth, the owner Nayeli gave me updates on their progress, and let me know when they were done. They didnt have all the materials needed, but made sure to come back on Sunday to finish the job, and even go over some areas they had done before. The other was a 2 bedroom townhouse that needed a move out special done. That apartment looks exactly like it did when we moved in. The team was friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. I started using Peachy Clean about a year ago now and they have been wonderful! They are on time every time. They do the work well. Nayeli sends out a reminder the day before the cleaning, which is very helpful so that I remember when they are coming. They are professional and hard working. There have been occasions when I have needed an emergency cleaning (after a party) and they have been able to come in and help me out. I have even recommended them to my mother-in-law and she has been extremely happy with them as well. I was satisfied with their service for a while, until the last few times they came to clean. It seems like every time there is some sort of issue I have with the service. When they clean, they never put things back into place. Paying for their service should be a convenience, but it turns more into a headache. I usually spend a good 20-30 minutes rearranging my home back to how it was. The last cleaning I had was the final straw. I was actually at home for this one. Upon completion I did my usual inspection. I had numerous electronics unplugged throughout the house and electronics that were dropped on the floor and not picked up. The worst thing they did was actually switch the knobs on my oven! I went to use my oven that evening and didn't think twice about the placement of the knobs. When they cleaned the stove top they switched one of the burner knobs with the over on/off knob. When I turned my over on it actually was heating up one of the burners instead of the oven. I had some papers near the stove top that almost caught on fire. Yes I should of paid attention that the knobs were switched around, but most people wouldn't think twice about this. I sent them a text about the issue and all they did was apologize. This doesn't rectify the situation. Not only will I NEVER be using Peachy Clean again, I am contacting the BBB for awful service. read more
