Its also poor customer service when the staff can not say when out of stock item will be in.This is not uncommon either the same in Marks and Sparks and most retailers. They also do a good selection of accessories in lots of colours, hats , scarves gloves etc and also quite a good variety of jewellry to accentuate your purchases.
