Everyone at her office has always been able to answer all my questions and any question about coverage. Cindy Lou has even made follow up calls to make sure policy is updated . After filing a claim I was really happy with State Farm and all the help from everyone in her office and all the staff at state Farm that listened to all my claim details. I was upset and they took the time to listen and explain how the claim process worked. Afterwards I was so happy I got to deal with this group.
