I received an email stating I was turned down because of various reasons which they did not state. I will be 65 years old in November (Medicare). I am in excellent health, I have one medication I am on for restless leg syndrome and they would not except me as a new patient for reasons I do not know. I tried to respond to the email I received and it said unable to respond-a non-monitored mailbox! This is unheard of and I would not recommend this doctor for this reason.

They had great disregard for how I represented myself and how I spoke. Dana (Big Hips) in particular was a very cruel individual. She had the front desk at siege and under control regarding how they should address the public which in my experience was to shun off, to demeanor and to be discourteous when I had a question. I experienced a great lack of office understanding when it came to procedural patient health concerns that were so basic that you would expect the front office area to be able to reply. Dana came across very unschooled when it came to relating to patient needs. She is not fit to be working in the medical arena. There is a required decorum and skill necessary when dealing with the public and she certainly lacked it. She screamed and hollered like an uncontrollable crazy lady toward me two different times when I requested to know who I was speaking with when I had a question regarding Medicare - being that it was my first year. She favors trying to degrade and intimidate another when she thought they were inquiring to much information. My results went from being almost unable to walk to walking with ease. Prior to treatments I had pretty well confined myself to my chair, moving only when absolutely necessary. He would only say it's snow and ice instead of saying the main roads are clear or are not passable. I then spoke with someone in their Killen Office who was an adult and so much more mature, professional and provided everything I asked for, including road conditions.
