I drove to the office to talk to someone and not only would they not talk to me (they have in-house billing) but the front desk woman was exceptionally rude. I called the # on the bill where a lovely woman looked at my account and after some digging realized that it was their fault - she told me they had billed my insurance incorrectly and that she would fix it. She also told me just to ignore any others bills. It's now been another 5 months and I have now gotten a bill from a collection agency. It's not worth the hassle - Go Somewhere Else if you can.

He was able to narrow down and identify the exercises I needed for my chronic ankle injury. His knowledge and expertise is something you can't get many places. I have been an athlete all my life and have had a number of PT visits to different places and I can't say enough good things about my experience here. He was able to successfully rehab me and get me back to doing what I need to be successful in my fitness endeavors. I also got to witness the time and care he puts into his patients; especially with the wide range of patient's he sees. On top of the excellence patient care, I have to say the office staff was quite patient with me. I have Tricare for insurance and it's not the easiest entity to deal with as far as the billing side goes. Sawtooth Physical Therapy was very happy to help make my experience as easy as possible. I am also a first responder and they were very flexible and understanding of my constantly changing schedule. I was there for only 30 minutes and did no exercises as it was determined that I needed surgery and they could not help. I got a bill for $248.00 for an evaluation and therapeutic exercises (NO exercise were done and the total should have been for an hour and I was only there for 30 min with no help, just confirmation that I needed surgery. I cant imagine my bills if I would have gone to them 2-3 times a week as was originally expected!
