Because word of mouth is the best advertising ever. I've been in my industry for over 20 years, and started my business right. And I'm still waiting to see the other placemat. And I believe it already went to the business. Very Unprofessional. I finally got to see the other placemat, and that was incorrect also. They are telling me that they are refunding me less than half of what I paid even though everything other then the number was incorrect. It was never approved before being printed. What they printed on the placemat was false advertising. So now I have to explain to customers why it is incorrect.
