Wait time: was longer by a few days than what was listed on the website but it was the holidays so I expected that. Communication: Solid. Benet responded to my text messages and answered all my questions. I would ask for status updates (did you receive the shoes and around 5-6 weeks check in for status update). Keep it simple and don't be micromanaging. Communicate if you need to have it by a deadline at least let him know. If no deadline just wait and check in after 6 weeks for a status update. Had to cancel first appointment for fridge repairs because of wrong warranty info provided by whirlpool. Contact whirlpool to send over new info which they did and tried to reschedule. Called broadway and was rudely told that they didn't get the work order from whirlpool and that they don't wait on the computer all day waiting on service tickets. Had the appointment rescheduled eventually but no confirmation until the day of (scheduled for 10-2) and call me at 10:44. I was at work but had my wife at home waiting for the tech. Just because I didn't answer the phone, they cancelled and wanted to reschedule. Not even considering calling the day prior to service or at least knocking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM

Another shop in Pueblo couldn't get here until 10 days from my call and another has not returned my call. And, as I live in Pueblo, this business has relocated to Fowler making it even more difficult to get to Pueblo. I rarely need appliance repair so, it's been awhile since I have used their services.
