This disparity leads me to question why I was singled out to wash my hands, especially considering my habit of maintaining cleanliness and the fact that my hands appeared clean upon arrival, as I was there specifically for a pedicure. I recently had a pedicure experience that commenced with a delay, but once the technician began, the process unfolded seamlessly. He meticulously selected a color that matched the picture I presented and performed an exemplary job. However, upon checkout, I noticed a discrepancy between the listed price of $45 for the pedicure gel on the price board and the $75 quoted by Tracy. After re-examining the price board, I decided to terminate the transaction without tip. I look forward to finding a more transparent and affordable option in the future. Once again they have demonstrated that although their prices appear to be lower, they are not, and I will continue to patronize Friends and Family Nails or Pearls Nail, as I am aware of exactly what I am paying for and what I receive in return for the price.
