Never had a pedicure before but now I'm wondering why I left it so long! The massage chairs were blissfully relaxing, and the staff were very attentive, quick and friendly. The store was quite busy and had a cheerful, relaxed vibe. We didn't have appointments but only had to wait 10-15 minutes before getting seated and started. Very impressed. I have recently been ill and was/am suffering hair loss - Michelle was so supportive and caring when I made the difficult decision to cut my long hair off after years of having it. She gave me a fantastic cut and great advice as to how to look after my hair and style it in its new style. She also gave me some free samples to try of hair products. If pain is a con for taking a trip to Brazil (let's be honest, it will never be an enjoyable experience), take it from someone that has had many over the years; the girls here are as gentle as they come. I was surprised and relieved. All staff are friendly and professional. Their booking policy requires a $30 deposit for all appointments over 30 minutes. The deposit is rolled over or deducted from the cost if you don't rebook. No shows are a major blow to any business so don't take offense. They have more recently completed renovations. Updating the colour scheme to dark grey/blue and white which is sleek and modern. Seem to be having ongoing issues with their software regarding confirmations etc but always endeavour to get in contact to ensure you don't lose your spot.
