this place was great! they fit me in same day, super last minute, for a fill. tevin was wonderful--he listened to exactly what i wanted and was quick, meticulous, and attentive to detail. prices were reasonable: a fill with gel polish was $37 before tip. my nails look great and this will be my new go-to whenever i need my nails done! i took a star off just because there was no cuticle care this time for some reason, except for cuticle oil at the end. granted, mine weren't that bad, but i love a crisp, clean cuticle. that said, this review is a 4.5/5 :) read more

I called last minute for a new dipped set. I was able to get right in. I am in WA and accustomed to dips meaning removing the old set and start new. Not here but the service was fast, nice staff and all requested were granted. The hours are based on appointments, so if you are wanting to just walk in, and they are not busy, they will most likely be closed. This set was $40 before tip. I will be back. read more

HONEST REVIEW Was looking for a place to do a fill, went here due to all their good reviews. Was told I couldn't do a fill for the design I want she said I had to get a whole new set which was fine. But then she RIPPED off my old nails with a nail tip. The design was exactly what I asked for. I love the design and shape. But my nails are a little chunkier than I would like. I dont hate my nails I just would not return. I paid $95 for my nails before tip for reference. read more

After going here for years with my daughter, I'm so disappointed with the way the male worker Tevin reacts when there are issues with his work. The ladies are amazing but after today I will not be going back. I had said my nails were more round than I like and he said "oh you want square" but I said it'll be fine. My nails were glued to my skin I couldn't get it separated so one of the ladies said she would fix it. As they were getting fixed he came up and said what's wrong with your nails I said "my skin is glued" he went on to tell me I've been giving him a hard time the whole time, I ask for something then complain, never come back and to get the F*** out, he doesn't need me there. I wasn't even speaking to him or complaining, but he was going off. The ladies were apologizing to me and telling him things in their language and I was just sitting there in shock. So disappointed in his actions. I hope he feels good about himself because we will not be going back. ** Edit to add the response the owner gave to my husbands review on Google. I'm in total shock that an owner would stoop this low. My daughter and I had been going to this salon since before the pandemic, they've done prom nails, graduation nails, our vacation nails and simple upkeep on our nails and never once a problem. Mai did my dip and did an AMAZING job, she took her time and we even had a very nice conversation about Dip, her technique reminded me of the place I used to go to!!! absolutely not. one tech was doing my french tip and i told her twice i wanted acrylic on my big toes and she completely ignored my request. i let it slide, i said ok maybe ill like the natural french. baby.... wonky, uneven, a hot ass mess ! i respectfully informed her to take it all off and to just give me color and she couldn't do french tip well. new tech come thru. does okay. they lay acrylic thick and ugly. i wanted to get my hands done but i'll be damned lmao. i should've known it was a shitshow when the first tech changed MY massage chair settings like how you gone dictate what i want on my back? read more

Apparently a male named KEVIN does not know nor operate with the value of customer service. BEWARE! This guy had a total meltdown on my wife who was getting her nails done, but while waiting for my daughter a worker asked if she was happy with her nails and she replied "yes, but some of the glue is stuck to my skin." The worker took it upon herself to help fix it up. The male KEVIN was apparently insulted by this and started YELLING at my wife and stormed out. VERY UNCALLED FOR AND UNNECESSARY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Once again BEWARE! If he doesn't know how to conduct himself with any sort of feedback from the customer, he is a LIABILITY to this business. Unfortunately, my wife and kid had been going to this place for years, and this EXPLOSIVE AND EXPLICIT person ruined the customer and business relationship. read more

Hands down one of the worst manicures I've ever had. Sometimes I don't love my nails, but I never hate them. I hate these. The shape is bad. After asking for "more rounded" multiple times, I just gave up. The French tip is too thick, the accent green is shakey, uneven and has gaps. The top-coat is overflowing onto nearly all of my cuticles on the sides as well as the base. I wish that rather than being quiet bc I didn't want to be difficult that I'd just left with unfinished nails. Would've been easier to start over that way. read more

You want perfectly done nails you come here. I got a manicure and pedicure done for a wedding I was going to in a week. Let me tell you this dude knew how to do nails! He took the time to do them so perfectly I've never seen anyone do any better and I've been to places all over pierce county, thurston county, Florida and New York. I wish I could duplicate this guy to where ever I live lol. I love the color of my nail which he helped me find, the length, perfect polish, and super friendly staff! And I was super happy I went when they weren't busy. So I pretty much had the place to myself for a bit. I will definitely be back the next time I need my nails done read more

Update: Unfortunately, after going to Trinity for a year, I won't be going back. I am not sure if she is double booked or just trying to fit in walk-ins. I always make my appointments with her a few days in advance. The past 3 or 4 times I have gone, she has been 10-15 minutes late finishing up someone else and I have to ask for her to do the entire process. They like to hand me off to have someone else do parts of the process or take over the appointment entirely. Every time, I have to let them know, I made an appointment to have Trinity do my nails. This time she was 15 mins late, did the fill, then had someone else do the color. The color is thick, lumpy, and has bubbles. I am so disappointed. Trinity used to do an amazing job. read more

I have been searching for a last minute nail appointment. I couldn't really get into anywhere that my friend and I liked. My friend found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. She called them early in the morning and set up an appointment for both of us in that same morning. When we arrived a very nice lady helped us to pick the colors with some friendly advice. Very quickly after that, she sat us down. Another lady came to help my friend (I believe her name is Mai). She took good care of my friend!!! Meanwhile, I was with Tevin (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong :/ ) he was super nice and got my nails done within an hour. We were both so happy and satisfied with the results! I Hope to come more often to try new designs. They are very welcoming and sweet!!! P/s: The whole salon was SO clean, even the bathroom. This review has been long overdue!! (And is just long in general, sorry!) My grandma and I were looking for a great nail place after she moved away from her usual nail lady of 15+ years. My grandma was hesitant because she loved her old nail lady and didn't think she could find anyone even comparable. We have gone to Pearl Nails 4 or 5 times, and we have found our place! Everyone here is kind and friendly, and really try to engage and connect with their customers! My grandma was in the hospital for a couple weeks, and they asked about her when I went in by myself. They were happy to see her and asked how she was when she came back! We have made appointments as well as just walk in, and even though they are usually quite accommodating, I would still call ahead of time to make sure they're not too busy. They are typically busy on Fridays. Now to the important part; the nails!! They do a fantastic job every time! I usually get a design, and they always turn out so cute! I have been using their dip powders lately, which is harder than gel polish, and they have soooo many amazing color options! They are super professional and can do just about anything on your nails!! (I don't know if they have/use nail forms though, haven't seen them personally) We usually get our nails done by Mai and Thien (I hope that's your name, so sorry if it's not!!), but all the employees do an amazing job!! Also a bonus: there's a bakery close by that gives them free donuts, so if you're getting your bails done in the morning, you may get a complementary pastry! I can't recommend this place enough!! I live about 35 mins away and it's DEFINITELY worth the drive! Update: still love this place, we've been going here for about 8 months now! I'm in love with my nails every time! read more

Walked in without an appointment and there was no wait. The ladies working helped me pick a color and listened to my request for short and rounded nails. They paid incredible attention to my cuticles and my fingernail have never looked better. I'm just visiting the area but they would be my new nail salon if I lived closer. read more

I always go hear to get my nails done! I love this place. Probably the best nail salon in Lacey. I've been to several all around, at least 3-5 places around lacey, and this is the best Nail salon. I used to like this place a lot. They seem to rush you now and the guy does a horrible job at nails/cuticles. He doesn't care about how you want you nail shaped and it looks like I could have done it at home by myself. Not worth the money at all read more

I have been going to this salon for dip powder manicures for a year and a half now, but I will never go back. I left during my service today because of the overall rudeness and lack of care from the tech. She hit my cuticles with the drill at a too high speed multiple times, causing me to flinch and pull back. She just kept going and didn't care at all. My nails were all different lengths and shapes, they were not checked. When I asked her to correct this she didn't even listen to what i was saying, just made them look worse and swatted my hand. I used to love going to Pearl and the dip lasts a while, but this level of disregard is not acceptable. read more

Absolutely beautiful work from Mai & Trinity. However the owner is a Racist and is a total JERK who can't do his job right and should not be working with customers since he is highly unprofessional. Did my mom's nails wrong and huffed at her when she wanted square instead of round (she's been getting the same shape at this location for 3 years). He confronted & cursed my mom out when she asked the lady to fix her nails when he glue her nails to her skin. Her polish had bumps and was too thin.Trinity & Mai did the best they could to help but the fact of the matter is he made a customer cry. He cussed her out and told her to never come back and he never wants to see her again(remind you she's a regular and she actually never said anything to him) before he stormed out. I was told his name is Kevin. I as well have been going for 3 years and he's always did my nails the lazy/easy way (HIS WAY) so I eventually been asking for more complex designs to get the amazing ladies that unfortunately have to work with him. He should not be working with PAYING customers. read more

The owners and staff are incredibly diligent, detail-oriented, and always create such a welcoming environment. The pricing is amazing--my gel manicure was only $35 base price, and all of their other services are very reasonably priced as well. Another huge plus is that this salon is appointment only, which I absolutely love. It means no waiting around and no walk-ins cutting into your scheduled time. The salon is always clean, and they are very thorough about cleaning and sanitizing all stations. Overall, it's a reliable, professional, and comfortable place that I'll continue to return to. Note that this establishment does not do nail extensions (gel x or acrylic) if that is something you are looking to get!

We continued to sit for over 30 minutes without being updated by the staff on our wait time. When we were finally helped, we picked from the large menu of services. I'm on a budget and wanted something simple so I got the least expensive pedicure service (number 9 out of 9 spa pedicure packages) with regular polish. The staff asked me if I wanted to add anything and if I was sure if I wanted the cheapest service and if I wanted to upgrade to gel and I politely declined. My mom got the number 6 which is the 6th most expensive service. The staff again questioned her choice, encouraging her to upgrade and she also politely declined. I would say it crossed the line of being a salesman and borderlined heckling. Since we were taken so late, we ended up being on a time crunch. A few minutes into the service, my mom decided to downgrade her service to the same one I had so we could get out quicker. The staff once again questioned her, but this time they asked her three separate times if she was sure she wanted to change to the number 9. It rubbed both of us the wrong way. Besides the service which we found to be rude, the pedicure itself was good quality. The massages felt short but that might have been either because we told them about our time crunch or because they felt offended that we got the lowest service. Not sure if it was worth the $37 plus tip for the experience we had but my toes do look nice.

This time the person who did my nails goes by Tevin and he did an absolutely an amazing job. Over there they will put in maximum effort into every individual nail until they are finished. They're also much more delicate with your finger/ nail throughout the process as if that was their first regulation. I saw that every nail technician working there were not only considerate and kind, but they also make it clear that they want their customers to be comfortable. last thing I really love how Tevin was a complete perfectionist throughout the whole process and now i can graduate tomorrow looking like the baddest b*tch thank you!!! read more

This is my favorite nail shop. I've visited a lot of places in the Lacey/Olympia area and they absolutely take the crown for the best shop!! I love getting my nails done, the owners are super sweet and they are kid friendly. I can't agree that enough my 6 year old loves getting her nails done and they treat us like royalty!
