During my most recent visit, I told the provider that a specialist thought I could be anemic but…read moreafter requesting my most recent blood work results, this office wouldnt send it. So I was there to follow up on that. The provider looked and said I was low previously, which I was never told about even though i had mentioned i had a history of anemia, and he then did more blood work to check recent numbers. We spoke at length about how i had to have a transfusion in the past because i cant tolerate supplements. After a few days, i didn't get any results so i called to see if they had them in yet. The person who answered the phone looked and said i was low again, and told me the provider said to take the things i told him i couldnt take. I told this person that and i ended up getting put on hold and another person came on the line who was very rude and i told her the same thing. She said they would give a message to the doctor. So this is multiple times they ran bloodwork and they dont even tell you about the results or problems. They refuse to send it to other doctors. They disregard their incompetence and they are dismissive and rude when called. It has been weeks of no answers or help. I am just going to find another primary care physician since i can not trust or rely upon this office whatsoever. ​

It takes countless phone calls to even get someone on the phone (legitimately 15 phone calls one afternoon to try and schedule a refill), the wait times have exceeded 2 hours in the waiting room (Maria has apologized personally for these waits), and if you go online to try and schedule an appointment with Maria you'll find she has no availability for over a month out which necessitates the 15 phone calls to schedule an appointment. I spoke with a receptionist about an appointment recently for 2:15pm and told her that I needed to be back home (5 mins away) for a 3:30 work call and she told me, "that won't happen". Assuming a 15-20 minute wait, a 15-20 minute appointment, and 5 minutes to check out, I'd love to know where the other 30 minutes comes from that would prevent me from back in time? Their focus has become "Cool Sculpting" and now "Cavallaro Aesthetics and Wellness" meaning the focus is now on "non-invasive fat reduction procedures". That's simply not a practice I'm interested in being a part of.
