On the day of our hearing Covey was there didn't know our names and or case. He fell asleep in the meeting while other people had their turn so much so he snored and everyone stopped in shock When it was our turn the hearing person asked us some weird questions and then denied us saying that we hid something and when asked Covey just struggled and didn't do a damn thing to help us understand. Apparently turned out to be a little piece of land and we were denied our bankruptcy. We had to hire another lawyer to fight that and we proved that the "secretary" Rose at the time had listed it as a "homestead" which we didn't know what that meant but was excluded from being listed. It was the worst time in our lives and we found out that Covey was running for a position that was controlled by the office hearing so he threw us under the damn bus to look like he wasn't a lazy POS that didn't do his job in which he DID NOT!! He caused us so much money, time and embarrassment and stress. Don't count on these reviews because most of them are his family
