Arguably one of the best pubs in Arizona! Mac and cheese I wish melted the cheese more but overall still good. Jalapeño margaritas were my fav and their tripel beer was heavenly. What really surprised me was how good their green chili burger was. The perfect amount of spice and kick, and replace the fries with truffle fries! Just wow. I knew of the Tempe location but not this one. It's right off Roosevelt Row so I checked it out Dogs are allowed on the patio and inside along the bar, but must be well behaved and under control. Pretty self explanatory. I sat at the bar in the corner and had a peppermint porter. It was drinkable but nothing earth shattering. I only had one beer since I knew there are other brewpubs along Roosevelt Row. One of my favorite restaurant and craft breweries in the heart of Tempe Mill Ave. I enjoy sitting on the large patio area watching games on the many TVs. We came out to ASU to visit a friend who just moved to the area and walked over to Pedal Haus Brewery. It was our first time at Pedal Haus and a Friday night. The place was packed. They have a huge patio and it was crowded with people of all ages. We sat outside and our server was Jordan. She was super friendly and very attentive. We first ordered drinks. I ordered a dirty martini. I prefer them shaken very cold and that is exactly the way it was served. On Wednesday's the special is the Brewer's board and a bottle of house wine for $27. The Brewer's board alone is $25 so why not give it a try. The board comes with a Bavarian pretzel, Procuitto, sliced beer brats, soppressata, olives, peppers and cheese. It was very tasty. The pretzel was soft in the inside and crusty on the outside. The house wine is okay. It's house wine so you can't expect too much. We also ordered the buffalo wings. They were crispy and tasty. I went in for some wings and a beer before a movie. Sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly enough and the dry rub wings were tasty. They also accommodated my request for all flats and didn't up-charge me when I asked for both blue cheese and ranch. The veggies however were inedible. the carrots were obviously dried out and the celery was turning brown with each end beginning to rot. I told the bartender he should inform someone of the veggie situation but I am not sure he told anyone. He laughed nervously, agreed the veggies looked horrible but I never saw anyone from where I was sitting at a mostly empty bar that I could identify as a manager. Cool pub off mill. We had some really yummy buttermilk fried chicken ( in house made boneless fried chicken tenders). WOW! Delicious! Love the sauce served on the side. Ok this may sound dramatic but I think the wings I got from here were the best I have ever had, purely based on the sauce - the whiskey BBQ was amazing and I was tempted to get more of them. Lo is the MVP of this spot - 10/10 would let her run my night again! Came in on a busy football night with a couple people, and from the second we sat down, Lo had us hooked. She greeted us with a genuine smile, cracked a quick joke about the menu being "dangerously delicious," and had our first round of drinks (some wine and Moscow Mules) on the table in what felt like warp speed. No awkward hovering, no forgotten orders - just pure efficiency wrapped in charm. The pizza (we went half pepperoni, half veggie) arrived piping hot with that perfect leopard-spotted crust and cheese pull that deserves its own Instagram. The wings? Crispy, saucy perfection - Lo even warned us the "Hot" sauce was no joke and brought extra ranch "just in case." (We needed it. Send help.) But honestly? Lo made the experience. She checked in exactly when we needed refills, recommended a MoscowMule (the skillet - DO IT), and somehow remembered all our weird modifications without writing anything down. This place is awesome for group outing and events. Had a chance to hang out here during a corporate event. As expected, you'll have quite a bit of choices when it comes to food options. Typical brewery options to choose from. Do love that they have pizza ovens going as an option. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the night. Always add to a good time when you have great engagement with the staff. I saw local beers on tap as well as national options. Inside, they have areas to hangout and shuffleboard in the back. They also have a full bar for those who are not fans of beer. If you have friends or large group gatherings, this is a great place to meet up. And they're I pay beer was super freaking cold. If you come by late, I can see the annoyance of having to order from the Bar but that's not a big deal, I did get by late. I've only been to the Phoenix location prior to this visit, but Tempe is so much closer for me. First benefit here, the parking is way easier to find since it's located right next to a garage (Phoenix isn't as kind with this). Phoenix has flatbreads, but this location has actual round, medium sized pizzas which was an awesome surprise. We got The Doc (a honey hot style pepperoni pizza) and one with Goat Cheese... they were absolutely perfect. Goat cheese can be a hit or miss but this pizza was so tasty and unique, I highly recommend it. The Doc, delicious as usual, but I think it needs a little more honey and hot on it to really compete with other unique options. Our waitress was quick and very sweet, so we got sat and fed promptly. The outside area is gorgeous and peaceful, however, this is college town. So when the college kids show up at the bar, it gets a bit rowdy and that's to be expected. Uppers and downers in the same drink...? Beach Cruiser Mexican Amber Ale - This was good, especially with the lime until I tried the Coffee Break Pale Ale. Then I switched beers for #2. Crispy 12 hour wings - Did NOT fall off the bone as I would have expected. Must be a VERY low temperature for 12 hours? It was dry, so maybe not low enough? Atmosphere - Decent size "irregular" space. But not in a bad way. I actually liked the space, very compartmentalized. I also liked the decor, games, TV, stage, etc. Indoor, outdoor, covered heated outdoor, private and semi private spaces, etc. See pictures. As you can probably see we got here during daylight (happy hour) and left after daylight (after happy hour), lol. I even liked the merchandise for sale, but did not buy any. They also offer a great happy hour menu with food and beverages that make it worth paying attention to when you head their way. We started with the pimento cheese & guacamole combo. You can't go wrong with this option if you like either of these items! I enjoyed the PHB Protein bowl. The bowl was a good portion and the ingredients brought together great flavor. My husband had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. He liked the flavor of the sandwich. We enjoyed a few of their beers - Day Drinker Light Lager and the Beach Cruiser Mexican Amber. Then enjoyed a round of margaritas. You have solid drink options here. Their location is great as it is easy to get to in the Tempe/ASU area. I have been to Pedal Haus Brewery in Tempe multiple times and have had a great experience every time. While I do not know the exact year I discovered it, it may have been in 2021 when I was looking for great places to eat within walking distance of where I work. I like the decor of the place. It is a great atmosphere that is perfect for watching sports. They also have plenty of televisions to watch multiple sports at once. They have some of the best burgers. While I have enjoyed other food items on their menu, such as their pizzas and salads, their burgers stand out the most. They are nice and juicy and cooked to perfection each time. Do not sleep on their campfire s'more cookie if you have room for dessert afterwards. It is a delicious dessert that is perfect for having after a pleasant lunch or dinner. The service is excellent. Even on busy days, they know how to keep up with everything and make sure everything is in order. In my most recent experience with one of my closest friends, our server was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. If anyone is looking for a great brewery restaurant, Pedal Haus is one of the best options you can find on Mill Avenue. I will be back. read more

First off don't let seeing it's off Mill Ave stop you from coming. There's more than a couple nearby parking garages with easy in and out access. We had no issues. Service was awesome right off the bat.. The hostess was chatty and friendly. Our waitress soon followed with waters and gave us a few moments to look over the menu. While we didn't drink any alcohol today they had a great selection of beers and well as a full bar for those who'd like other drinks. If you enjoy neither it's all Pepsi products here. The location is huge. The patio is dog friendly and there is so much seating. The inside was beautiful. From tables to booths, as well as of course your bar seating. There was also a live music area though no one was playing Thursday mid day. We both decided on burgers. I chose their green chili burger with season fries and my husband the classic cheeseburger. Everything came out quick and was delicious. The burgers had good flavor and toppings. Fries were seasoned well and crispy. We came here on a rainy Sunday evening (yes, one of those rare rainy days in Phoenix--lol) while waiting for our movie next door. We just wanted to grab a beer and kill some time, so we opted for bar seating. The host was friendly, but since we chose the bar, we seated ourselves. The restaurant/brewery was clean, had a great vibe, and the bartender was super friendly. We each got a draft beer--I had the 'Beach Cruiser Mexican Amber' and really enjoyed it! It was easy to drink, and since I'm not a fan of bitter beers or IPAs, this one was perfect. If you're like me and love lagers, I definitely recommend it. I'm told they do offer free/validated parking as long as you use the garage underneath the big condo complex next-door. Never done it, but that's what the server told us. I absolutely adore that they have a vegan menu for my guy, as he's usually limited to very few options. Not here! They also have very clear gluten friendly / free options too. I like that there's so much outdoor seating but it's not too hot. I've had the breakfast bowl which was so good! The vegan Mac n cheese is pretty good too, but then I ruined it by trying the regular Mac n cheese with the beercheese! They also have a deal on Wednesday where you can get 2 beers and a brewers board for $18 which is ssuchhh a killer deal. We came out a day after Christmas, so chill vibes . Town has lots of historic building and it's pretty clean. searched for a local brewery within walking distance in the downtown area. Came across pedal house so we walked on over, and were greeted by a not so friendly host, she was a tad bit rude, but gentleman behind the bar was really nice. Was in town on business and found this place on yelp. Stopped in on Saturday for food and a beer, and wasn't disappointed. The White Rabbit IPA was really tasty as was the fresh baked pretzel with their sweet butter. So he struggled with getting orders for beverages and food ( apps and lunch) I didn't have to remind him 3 times to deliver my tea - not too big of a deal but a star is lost for that .
