I ended up using it for Super Bowl weekend and I was able to order trays for the neighbors to come over. A lot of happy people with the spread - we got a charcuterie, BBQ mac / cheese egg rolls, potato skins, and wings. The egg rolls and potato skins were the hit of the weekend! Decently priced for the amount of food and the variety - it is cooked food not just assembled trays. I was personally happy with the fact that the trays came with a lot of forethought, the food was packaged so I didn't have to think of things to grab at Kroger on the way home from work (crackers, sour cream for potato skins). I appreciate that the business does catering for things like Super Bowl and Valentines Day, that's a clever business model. Give them a try!

Everyone we spoke to (venues, coordinators, etc.) recommended Groovin, and as soon as we reached out we understood why - from the very beginning they were incredibly responsive, and happy to answer our many (many) questions. Kaylyn made the planning process easy, helping us to develop a staffing plan to help with the set-up of our venue (The Workshop by T&D, which was also great). Groovin staff came the day before to set up ceremony chairs and then immediately after the ceremony efficiently moved all the chairs to the other side of the venue for dinner. They helped us coordinate rentals with Party Perfect and had all the right answers (and questions) during our on-site venue walkthrough. As for the food itself, everything was delicious! People always tell you that you won't eat at your own wedding, but the food was so good that we sat and ate our entire plates. Guests raved and two friends told us that they even came up with targeted strategies to chase down their favorite hors d'oeuvre when they came out. We especially recommend the pork belly hors d'oeuvre and the szechuan salmon entree. From start to finish, Groovin' was efficient and professional, and we would highly recommend them for any event.

The upfront customer service was honestly fantastic--so much so that I actively recommended him to other people attending the same service. That is where the positive experience ended. On Wednesday night, there were no flowers. I contacted him, and he claimed he had confused the date, telling me, "I'm sitting right here looking at it, just need to finish it." He promised he would deliver them the following day and refund me 50% for the trouble. Today, the services took place. There were absolutely no flowers, no refund credit has been issued, and he has completely ignored all of my emails and phone calls. After being incredibly responsive when taking my money, I have been completely ghosted. Please think twice before trusting this business with important events.
