If I could give no stars I would. I haven't been able to contact my attorney in a year! Worked on…read moremy custody hearing and when I should have won my case, I didn't because he was unprepared! I haven't received any court documents, no updates. Last I heard from him was going over child support. I didn't even get those documents! Their accountant contact me to go over billing. I plain out said, I keep getting more fees added to my bill even though he's not doing any work on my case. So I stopped paying for his unexplained fees. I told the accountant/billing department. They CC'd me in the email confronting my attorney and NOT EVEN HE GOT A REPLY! Just don't go with these guys. They're not nice. They get more money if you go to jail for their incompetence and contempt.

They may be fine for bigger clients who need massive amounts of work done and pay hefty bills, but…read morethis firm IS NOT friendly for people who just need simple work done. They will put you on a back-burner for weeks and weeks and weeks. You won't hear from them unless you pick up the phone and call. Things will NOT get done because their paralegal "got sick", "almost died", "got backed up in work", "didn't have a chance to get to it", etc. They will promise something done by "the end of the week" and you'll be calling the following Tuesday and it still won't be done. The paperwork will be sloppy...they will not call to confirm details such as someone's LEGAL NAME...which will result in you having to sign the same paperwork and have it notarized over and over and over again. Then, they won't bill you correctly and they will NOT return any calls to discuss the bill. At that point you will file a BBB complaint which, in their response, they will insult you and call your character into question. Finally, they will agree to fix their mistake only after you have spent HOURS of time and additional money to get them to understand the errors they made. Truly, there have to be better attorneys in Kokomo. I hope you find them... Disclaimer: This is all MY OPINION because we live in America where we are ALLOWED to have opinions and voice the story of our experience. Of course, I'm sure they will still cry that I'm slandering them and that I'm the difficult client. If, by difficult, you mean expect people to do what I pay them to do...then, yes, I'm difficult. sigh. Bottom line, if you hire them, KEEP A JOURNAL/LOG BOOK of everything...and record all promises and conversations. Repeat over and over again what they are telling you they will do...that way, when they don't do it, you can say, "remember on such and such a date you said you would X and I repeated back to you that you would do X" .... You're going to be happy you kept that record. Yep.
