All the waiters are friendly and quick service. There is also a restaurant which is open for snacks 24 hours. The spa is great for massage. I would highly recommend turkish hamam with full body coffee scrub. Didn't like the pedicure from the salon because there wasn't no massage and scrub. She basically did my french tip nail that was started to chip after 2 days. The beach is only 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Vey fewer activities are open during winter time. Recommend checking weather because half of the pools were closed due to rain and cold.

The look of the reception area is quite nice. The rooms however, were a little bit small. We got the deal view rooms which were nice. It's just that the sea is quite far a view and you see the resort area first. So I would save the money and get regular rooms and just spend time at the beach. Now, the all inclusive package includes food, alcohol and activities in the resort. The spa is separate as are activities on the beach. I have stayed at all-inclusive resorts where everything is included so this was disappointing. Food was good enough. Good variety. However, even though there are 5 restaurants on the scene, they are all open at different times - so you pretty much have 1-2 choices at one time. Alcohol is rubbish. They didn't know what Moscow mule was. The margarita is the worst I have ever had. The mojito was just ok. We got to taste Raki which was the only saving grace. The wine they served with dinner was average. Spa-wise, they told us they gave a discount because we were part of a tour group. In $50 bucks, we got the peeling/Turkish bath/massage/face pack package. My mother had a Turkish bath in Pammukale also and was deeply disappointed at the quality of everything here. So if you want the experience, sure. But I think there are better. Massage wise, I prefer strong deep massages and this was not. After a day on the beach, I wanted a good massage and this didn't really do enough. On the beach, outside of swimming in the ocean, everything has to be separately paid for - they have parasailing, wind surfing, some jetskis and other floats. No snorkeling or kayaking. Price range is anywhere between $50-300 depending on the number of people. We did parasailing which was actually very nice. But remember you shell out another $85-100 for photos and they don't allow phones on the boat for your group to take pictures of each other. Inside the resort, the so called water activities are limited to like 3 slides. The pool water was super cold. A lot of the activities were directed to kids. Not that we didn't have fun but for 3 adults, we would've liked to have more stuff directed to us and the other resorts obviously looked better.

The hotel is big, modern and clean. If u take the glass elevator, u dun c finger prints on the glass. At least not the ones I took. Lol The room is big and u hv balcony. They hv safety box, iron, electric kettle, tea nags, mini fridge. What makes me feel special about this hotel is that they provide one time feminine product, pads. I never seen in other hotel and it's rilli thoughtful. I also like the round shape and open space of the building. They hv rilli nice pools and u can also walk to the beach. Food here is free. Free bar for night snack. Free dessert and coffee and cafe area. Except room service. No matter how much u order is 10 euro.

Nightly entertainment was average. The a la carte restaurants we excellent and the buffet was good. The desert selection was amazing. My only complaint was one night on the buffet they made rolled fish fillets, but left the scales on the fish. You cannot eat fish scales so I politely informed the manager that the chef must have forgot to scale the fish and showed him the scales all over my plate. I told him I had some stuck in my throat and was coughing. He looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about and didn't go to inform the chef or anything. I went to culinary school and I am a certified chef. I didn't tell the manager this, but anyone with a little kitchen sense knows you must scale the fish before cooking it. Other than this, we had a great time. There were plenty of sunbeds and even though it was spotty, the wifi actually works by the pool. The location is great. Right on the beach and only a short walk to the old part of Side and the Colosseum.
