Nothing about it is "phoned in". The puzzles fit the theme perfectly, using tons of authentic props that never break the immersion of the setting. The puzzles are all really clever conceptually and in execution, without ever being frustrating. And the really unique hint system helps you out if you're stuck without ever breaking the fourth wall. We were given a safety talk, as well as the rules and expectations associated with using the company and the river. The rafting experience was fantastic. It took us about 2 hours to travel down, and was a gorgeous way to see the city. Once we arrived at the end check point, the staff were waving and smiling, directing us where to go. We simply dropped off our raft and carried on with our day. Very hassle free! We had such a great time! Ravi and his team consistently went above and beyond with their customer service.
