Robin, the owner/operator, is a most pleasant and information sharing person. I highly recommend this company, as I have only had good experiences with their service. Both service jobs involved pumping my septic tank-location Warsaw. The first time Robin shared information on how to care for my system. The second time I could recite the care program and was informed I was a good customer because it showed that I had followed the instructions because my system was in great shape. It was brought to my attention there were spliced wires and water was dumping on the dirt in my crawl space. I called them and told them the installation was not done correctly. They had technicians come the next morning, they repaired the spliced wires, connected the drain for the water softener. When they were done they gave me a bill for $193 which I asked the techs why I was responsible for that. I called their company, got VoiceMail telling them how dissatisfied I was in the original installation. When I went to pay, the owner said his guys didn't do the electrical but he'd research and call me back. I corrected him stating H&C had done it all. He called me and said they'd take $100 off my bill. I went back and settled up with them. I was/am a dissatisfied customer. I feel I should not have been billed for anything because this was never installed correctly. Very expensive and always sends two technicians.

I wanted to start out with something small to see what kind of work he did as we've had pretty awful luck with other local handymen. I was impressed that he responded to my initial contact within the hour. I described the project, sent him pics of exactly what needed to be done and received his quote back promptly. He was able to work us into his schedule very quickly, arrived exactly at the time he said he would and did a wonderful job. In fact, I'll go so far as to say he did a perfect job. He was friendly, but didn't waste time chit chatting, went straight to work and had completed the job AND cleaned up his mess very quickly. He offered a very reasonable fee for the job I needed done and stuck to that fee even after I added a small thing I'd forgotten to mention when I initially contacted him. I will absolutely call upon him again for future needs, am thrilled that he has such versatile skills and will recommend him with no hesitation whatsoever, something I rarely do. I am remodeling and renovating a property in the Warsaw area and have been thru a series of local repairmen and handypersons who have repeatedly ripped us off, had horrible work ethic and/or accepted work far beyond their capability and then had to hire someone else to fix what they "fixed" and made worse. He explained to me a that it might be a GFI. Then he explained to me that I needed to press the reset button after I found the GFI. All my outlets and lights are working great now. It was nice of him to not come out and charge me a service call, and I was shocked to talk to someone that was so honest. He then told me in closing, that they also do heating and cooling.
