I was really surprised they don't use water (dipping your hands in water) like other salons and they really take care of you when you're there. The owner was very nice and helpful and even drew us a map of where to eat and sightsee. I've had less than happy results getting my nails done in a foreign country before. This place is as good as any in the US.
