They will blatantly ignore your levels being high & act petty when you advocate for yourself. I do not recommend Dr Palcheff or anyone in this office. I was told he was new & he mentioned his studies being not too long ago but the way i was treated & lack of professionalism/communication on an ongoing health concern is shocking & he should not be taking patients in if he cannot help diagnose an illness or ignores test results. When you ask for test results to be explained, they give you the medical terminology, uncomprehend able to the public that didn't go to medical school instead of explaining things to you.

In addition to seeing patients, she is the Medical Director that oversees all IPMR Therapy Centers. I have been to several offices, and the staff are ALWAYS professional and respectful. The PTAs are very knowledgeable and it is evident that IPMR values PTAs. In fact, one of the PTAs at IPMR was more knowledgeable and professional than the PTs at the competition.

I went to this clinic for a DOT exam that I needed for a job that I was starting. When I arrived,…read morethe nurse asked if I had brought the paperwork. I was under the impression that the clinic handled that, as I was paying for the exam, and they advertise as offering DOT physicals. The nurse then told me that she couldn't get the forms to print correctly so she would just record all of my information and I could come back later in the week to get the completed forms. She was borderline rude during the entire process. Eventually, she got the forms to print, but it appeared as though she had never handled a DOT physical before as she was confused about the forms and the reason for needing the physical in the first place. I paid $180 at checkout, and then received a bill for an additional $23 about a month later. Apparently, this was for lab fees for the urinalysis. I was never informed that there were additional fees involved. For $180, I assumed everything was covered. Average DOT physical prices range between $60-$110, so $200 seems extraordinarily high. Also, for some reason the nurse wrote the expiration date as 3.5 months from the exam. Since I had no restrictions or conditions that required monitoring, the exam should have been good for 2 years. Since the expiration date falls a month before my work agreement ends, I now have to get another exam in order to continue working. Had I known this was going to turn into a very expensive waste of time, I would have just waited to get my exam when I started work. The clinic here charges $90, all inclusive, by the way. I will say that Dr. Fischer was helpful and friendly, but that was the only positive part of my experience. I can't speak for any other services they offer, but if you need a DOT exam, look elsewhere.
