He sent a crew on their own, not him personally, to install the following week and as of August 31, the job is STILL NOT FINISHED!! And he had the nerve to ask me to "tip his crew for doing such a good job." (The crew were in mom's back yard smoking pot instead of working on the fence.) Dawson has used every possible excuse about why he could not come back and finish the job every time he said he would be coming.
