I had a manicure here on Saturday (10/4). I am underwhelmed. By the next morning all the nicks and hang nails he created by snipping my cuticles with dull clippers were inflamed. Now 3 days later I have scabs and little strings of skin most of my fingers. Not a good time there , nor a good look. Try a different salon if you can. read more

Got a gift certificate for Xmas to use here. I got in right away but had shellac that was a new set I just got 2 weeks prior elsewhere that just needed filled. But they didn't want to fill them. They said they only do dip. So they made me soak them, then forced them off by sliding an acrylic nail underneath between my real nail. It was so painful i nearly cried. Never had any place remove nails this way. The man didn't hardly understand English & He cut my tips way too short before I could even say anything. When he asked what shape I want I showed him a picture but did not receive that shape whatsoever. When i paid, I still left him a 20% tip in cash being the nice person I am... to which he just stared at, apparently displeased, didn't say thank you or anything ... just walked away. Clean-ish salon... I got both a pedicure and acrylic set of nails. We walked in, were greeted by Randy. He initially seemed very nice. However, after we sat down.. the mood changed. I asked for white tips and was yelled at because I didn't want the dipped nails. Personally... I'm not a fan of the dipped nails and like the acrylic. He then asked where I was from, I told him California and very rudely he stated "ohh because they don't have dipped nails in California, that's why you don't know what to get". He was degrading to women and used the same tools on both my sister and I. Then, his sign clearly states pedicures are $28 and then changed his mind and told me that they were $30. Thankfully I'm not from the area and won't be going back. read more

first i waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to start. even though a walk in came in after me and started her immediately. first my pedicure, nails are not cut correctly, second right toe polish don't go all way to side. as she's putting on my flip flop she touches my big toe to put on, wiping half polish off. and was going to just add polish to that side! another girl came over and removed it and repolished. then i get home and see my other great toe has smudge marks all over, and i didn't touch anything. so frustrating to pay such a ridiculous amount, not to get what you pay for. what if you came into my ICU and i just neglected your issues, oh you don't need all that levophed for your tanking blood pressure. point is whatever job you do...DO THE JOB YOUR BEING PAID TO DO! if you don't like what you do... find another! read more

My mom and I came here to get much needed pedicures. The shop is clean and modern with a couple of tv's, 6 pedicure chairs (including one for a youngster if you're looking to do a Day Out with your child), and 3 or 4 manicure stations. The majority of the staff during our visit were male. There were 6 or so employees working, only one of which was female. My mom and I both had a wonderful experience with the guys that gave us our pedicures, even though their English was very broken and caused a bit of confusion. The guy that was helping me pointed to my leg and said "Pedicure?" a couple of times when he was already about 5 minutes into the process. I guess that means "Deluxe Pedicure" instead of their standard "Spa Pedicure". The Deluxe Pedicure lasted about 30 minutes. It featured the standard foot scrub, massage chair, jaccuzzi foot bath, nail trim, and cuticle business, as well as leg and foot massage. It ALSO, much to the pleasure of my mom and I, featured not only hot towel massage on your legs and feet, but hot stone massage. What a treat! Despite not knowing what we were actually asking for through the language barrier, everything worked itself out. The Spa Pedicure is $25, the Deluxe Pedicure (which we got) was $32 and 100% worth it. The Ultimate pedicure is listed at $45 and I'm not really sure what else they would be able to offer for the $45. All-in-all, this was a great salon! I don't know that I would pay the extra money every time I go in, but for the $32 price tag, the Deluxe is definitely worth the treat! read more

I got a pedicure here from a very sweet gal. After about 10 minutes I was instructed to leave. I was told to put my socks on because it was "too cold". I thought it strange since the lady next to me had sat there much longer than I, and I even questioned putting socks on. Again, she handed me the socks and said "too cold. Sure enough, my socks were stuck to the polish when I got home. When I returned Randy was so rude and quite literally yelled at me for putting socks on!! Then he proceeded to yell at the kind lady. Have been going here every month for several years. The Dip powder nails are wonderful. Consistent quality and last about 3 weeks to 1 month. Never any problems. Pedicures are amazing. I buy the Deluxe which is next to the cheapest one and worth every penny for the hot stones, massage on legs and excellent polish application. They saved me from many hangnails/ingrown nails. The mood is light and friendly. Free soda or water offered. Randy has dry sense of humor and is great at running his business. The locals return again and again. Cash tips only. read more

Literally the worst. I had a manicure done yesterday (shallac) and within an hour it was already chipping off. By this morning my hands looked terrible and the coating on multiple nails were peeling off just from sleeping on it. They are cheap for a reason, as your nails wont even last a day. My friend also got a pedicure during this visit, and the guy cut her a nail too short to the point where she bled pretty decently. But since they were pretty rude to our entire party on top of this crappy service, they get a bad yelp review. read more

The main employee, Randy, was rude, not customer friendly at all . We were using a gift card. When we arrived for our appointment we waited for 45 minutes and were then told they didn't have enough time for the appointment we had made. As i attemped to get more information I was shamed in front of other customers. The store hours are difficult to get in to. I would not recommend this nail salon. read more

Came in with a friend for a Christmas gift and had a wonderful experience! The two young men who were doing our pedicures were polite, friendly, welcoming, hospitable, and did a fantastic job. The place is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. We were encouraged to hang up our coats and offered a beverage. Looking forward to the next visit! read more

I think some of the negative comments come from lack of communication and understanding Randy and his staff. As with anywhere I've been, some mani's/pedi's are liked more than others. The salon is clean and I love the massage chairs! read more

Randy is very rude. Every time I call to get in after work (by 3:30) he tells me he doesn't have time to get me in because "he has to be somewhere". Even on the days when his hours are until 6 p.m. I was able to get in early one of the days I called for an appointment because he told me he had to be gone and couldn't take anyone after 3. While I was in the chair, a walk-in came in at 4:00 and he got them right in. I used to prefer Pella Nails over others....not anymore!! Very rude employees there. read more
