I seriously doubt you'll find a better vegan breakfast in Seattle and your carnivore and vegetarian friends won't be disappointed either. I'm sure all the food they make is great but came back for three breakfast burritos and two kimchi breakfast sandwiches with just egg and vegan sausage. The pictures and ingredients will give you an idea about what you're in for but the taste and textures are indescribably good. The staff here work hard to keep service moving fast and there is usually one or two spots opening up every ten minutes. You have to place an order at the cafe line and then they give you a number. The seating is first come first served. One has to keep in mind that this place can be packed by 10 in the morning. But people are mindful to share tables. Ordered the breakfast sandwich (veggie) and cappuccino. Honestly, wasn't a big fan of the cappuccino as it wasn't as frothy as expected. Have had much better coffee in different locations in Seattle. The hash brows weren't oily. They were cooked to perfection and were crispy and served hot. The sandwich tasted soo good. The bread, pickled onions, eggs, avacado and fresh salad added the flavor to the sandwich. The bread wasn't too hard, it was very east to eat. They have bunch of sauces at the counter to pick up. This place also looked like it had a bike repair shop within it. It kinda looked cool. Overall it was a very good experience with very good staff. Didn't feel the vibe folks are talking about and apparently it takes an act of God to choose a different bread than what is listed on the menu. The place is located on a corner of the street where it's was easy to find parking (yet again it was a Sunday). The cafe is a cycling theme where you can get your bike tuned up and shop. It can be rough finding vegan breakfast options but this place has their breakfast menu broken up in two three equally long parts(meaty, vegetarian, and vegan). They also offer a happy hour menu and dinner menu for people going later in the day. They are split into the bike shop on one side and cafe on the other side. They have a good amount of seating and even have outdoor seating for nice weather days. The service was super friendly and the portion size was actually really impressive. Both my BF and I got breakfast sandwiches and neither one of us could finish it fully. The ingredients tasted fresh and the coffee and tea were also quite tasty. Homemade sausage patty had god seasoning. The bbq sauce was a nice touch tho. My main complaint were the hash browns. Legit, are the same hash browns you buy at Walmart and they fry them in old grease. Which turns the hash brown burnt, I mean darker than me. It ruined the sandwich. Okay, so Peloton is a bike shop. I've walked past it everyday on my way to yoga and didn't even know they sell food inside until I saw a little sign outside one day. I looked them up and they had mostly great reviews so I stopped in for breakfast this morning. Wow!! Best avocado toast I've ever had.
