And they…read morewere brilliant when I went in for my hair trial; even though the stylist had very little English, she worked with me (and my extensions) to get something I was really, really happy with. Then a terrible accident happened a few days before my wedding across the road and up a little from the hairdressers in question. My heart goes out to everyone involved. I turned up the morning of my wedding to find the shop and road closed. This was two days after the accident and no one had got in contact with me to let me know. It was only from checking their website, that I was informed that they would be closed until Tuesday. This was Saturday. The staff there had a few means of getting in touch with me (I had both messaged them on facebook and emailed them previously) and in those two days since the accident, they just didn't bother. In fairness to them, after being messaged by my bridesmaids on facebook, the stylists did turn up at the hotel where I was getting married in the late afternoon and gave me my hair extensions, (which had been left in their shop). But at this stage there wasn't time to fix anything or do anything. Trying to find an alternative ON THE DAY OF MY WEDDING and in a part of the world where a lot of people don't speak English provokes a level of stress I don't wish on any bride.
