Don't waste your time if you just need a single pane of glass - It's been over a week and I'm still waiting for one 8"x10" piece of glass! I called after a few days because I'd never waited so long for such a simple glass service and the initial response was "well if I haven't called you it's not ready" then she offered to cut it herself the next morning - nice offer but wasn't done. Today a neighbor said I could get the glass at Aubuchon - I called and Aubuchon did it immediately for me! If Pemi Glass doesn't want to deal with small orders like mine this should recommend an alternative. Maybe someone at their company will get wise and open a competing business that actually gives a damn 'cause I've since heard this is common. read more

We had some antique butterfly trays from Brazil whose glass was broken and PemiGlass was recommended to us. They took such care and did a fabulous job replacing the glass; it must've been a pain staking job. In addition, they discovered receipts for all of the butterflies inside the trays from Brazil in 1932 and emailed us photos of all the paperwork before carefully returning them inside the wooden tray backs. I would highly recommend them for intricate art work. Also their showroom was really innovative with decor options. I'll be a customer for life Super friendly and helpful too.
