We bought a Toro 21-inch recycler lawn mower directly from the Toro online store. We thought we had made a great choice because there were many positive reviews of this mower, However, when it was delivered, we tested it. We were upset because it was quite difficult to cut the grass when going uphill. The Toro online store said we cannot return the product once we have added fuel (gas and oil) to it. That's when I called The Hitch Man, and Adam said I should bring the mower to his store in Taneytown, MD, and that he would do his best to help. Once I went over to the store, Adam and his team helped me take the heavy mower out of my minivan, they added their own gas, and adjusted the mower so that it could propel easily up hill. I am grateful for Adam and his team. I recommend this store 100%.

The only place I would consider purchasing parts from now on is the Autozone on Maugans avenue in Hagerstown. They are not pushy on other things I'm not interested in, they are polite, respectful, they ALWAYS wear masks and they have a spanish speaking manager (which I don't really need but appreciate cuz I just don't see that enough anymore!) I wish they would'nt constantly ask me if I needed electric grease when I buy bulbs, but if that's the worse I can say about a retail location nowadays I think they are doing a great job!
